For the second time in a month, I received Hallmark coupons via email, a free card or a cash reward. Both times I tried to use them, I was told I had to redeem them. In order to do that you need two hallmark accounts; one for crown rewards and one for hallmark. Well, you Sent me an email, I must have those accounts yet I couldn't use any of the coupons. The worst part is the condescending cashier who, when I complained about it being so complicated, said "well, I didn't design the app". Really? That's a surprise. Please remember tht some of us didn't grow up with apps. Some of us can actually make change without a cash register that does the math for you. She needs a sensitivity course for dealing with non-tech customers.

This is a one stop shop for your stationeries and gifts items. You can also get teddy bears for kids here. The associate were really helpful and their prices are pretty moderate. There also a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able.

I absolutely love The Paper Store and their products. However I much rather shop at the Orange location. This is now the fourth time that I’ve gone into this particular location due the Orange location not having an item in stock. I was not greeted and felt as if I were being a bother asking for assistance.

Great shop with large selection of gifts items, jewelry, clothing, cards, toys, candles. Love shopping here for unusual gifts for friends and family. Store is always clean and neat with friendly staff.

I absolutely love the Paper Store. I do so much of my gift shopping there. The selection is wonderful and the staff are second to none. They go out of their way to please their customers. They are friendly and knowledgeable and always good-humored. I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs a gift or just wants something for themselves. It is sure to satisfy even the most particular of customers.

Unfortunately, my review has to be one star because I was rushing to get there after work on Wednesday night and I got there. Exactly 4 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, when I went to pull the door open, it was already locked so with disgust I walked back to my truck and decided to latch Ditch effort call the store saying I had just two minutes before they closed at that point and the person who picked up said they’re closed and I said I thought they were open till eight and she said well we’re closed now it’s just 8 o’clock and I said you still have two minutes. She said that she close the door is exactly 8 o’clock and there’s no opportunity to get any shopping done. I understand everybody wants to go home at the end of shift, but if you know that you closed the doors before the shift ended and you see it effects other people negatively I wish she would do the right thing and apologize for closing early and inconveniencing a paying customer just to try and make yourself not at fault. Customers are the folks that keep you guys going. please treat us that way.

I love to go to the Paper Store in North Haven. You are cheerily greeted upon entering. You see many beautiful , eye catching displays. I love to browse and always find something to buy! There are many types of items to purchase: clothing; games; gifts for adults and children; Vera Bradley; soaps and candles; cards and gift bags; toys; books; writing supplies and much more. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Wonderful people staff this store. Very honest, Manager Ben sets the tone. Lovely varied merchandise and Hallmark cards. Gifts of all kinds and pricepoints. If you can't visit, order online. Great specialty themed party goods too.
