Once we made the decision, she took care of everything and sent us an email prior to the trip with our full itinerary and a list of things we needed to prepare for. Sarah was amazing to work with to plan our honeymoon! We had never used a travel agent before, but planning a wedding and a honeymoon at the same time was too much. I don't know if we'll ever plan a big trip without Sarah again and, after our recommendation, our friends decided to book their own honeymoon with her too! The process was easy and after one phone call and a *very* reasonable fee, she sent us a detailed list of options for us to choose from based on what we were looking for. We picked Secrets Akumal in Riviera Maya, Mexico and it was an incredible trip! Sarah booked everything, answered my many questions, set us up on some amazing private tours with Living Dreams Mexico, and sent some great prep information before the trip. I loved not getting a bunch of emails from the different vendors (hotel, tour company, transportation, etc), but still trusting that everything was good to go. We came home to a handwritten welcome home card from Sarah too, which was such a nice touch.

She not only helped us to plan our original honeymoon trip and assisted with cancellations and refunds of that trip due to the pandemic, but she so patiently also helped us to plan a second trip a couple years later to finally take our dream honeymoon to Secrets Playa Mujeres Resort in Mexico. When we needed a restful getaway, The Keys to Travel was there to help! From suggesting resorts that met our needs to planning transfers, booking hotel accommodations, and making dinner reservations, Sarah took care of every detail. All we had to do was show up at the airport and enjoy our trip.

Pre-trip, Sarah answered any questions we had and suggested alternate dates to save us hundreds of dollars. Also, the tips we received prior to travel were invaluable. We knew what to expect, who & what to tip, how much cash to bring and some do’s & don’ts so that there was zero stress.

Sarah did a great job planning our honeymoon. She first set up a call with us and asked us some questions to gain an understanding of what kind stuff we like to do on vacation and what we looking for in this trip. In a few days Sarah sent us an email with several different options with a recording talking about each one and why she choose it as an option for us. She communicated with us with check ins and updates to help prepare us for our trip.
When we were in Jamaica, we had a little treat in our room from her. We had a couple of issues that arose while we were on our trip, one of them was that our flight was cancelled when we were at the airport. I called Sarah right away to help us find a hotel in the area. She checked in on us until we had a room and arrived safely at our hotel for the night. We plan to use Sarah for a similar trip we plan to take next year.
