My husband and I visited the restaurant to celebrate the New Year. An old mansion in a residential area, the garden is neglected and needs attention and be prepared that there is no light in the parking lot and this is quite dangerous. But now about the good. The food was excellent and we can sing an ode to the chef. Spare ribs, fish, shrimp cocktail with an incomparable sauce, crab soup. It is very tasty, guys. We were pleased with the presence of butter on the table. A huge thank you to the chef for his skill and to all the staff for a feast for the stomach! Our waiter was nice and polite and easy to talk to. We will definitely visit the restaurant again. Happy New Year to everyone!

The Hilltop is the old school fine dinning experience that you always wanted but didn’t know that you needed. They are renowned for their prime rib which is amazing. But everything on their menu is up to the task of being one of the most delicious food experiences of your life. We will definitely be back.

Everyone here was amazing. We had our wedding here on Saturday and from the get-go felt valued and taken care of. Special shout outs to Jaqi, Chad, Adam, Taylor, and Mariana. Y’all made our ceremony and reception go so smoothly, and you were all so sweet. The food, atmosphere, and service were incredible. Everyone (literally) couldn’t stop saying how much fun it was. My wife and I went for our anniversary. We went early so it wasn’t too busy. Very nice and low key. Robert was our server and made excellent recommendations. Pork chop and collard greens were really good.

This week I celebrated my birthday at this beautiful and charming restaurant. They went above and beyond to create a beautiful setting for our small party of 5 people. We had a semi private room by a fireplace and I was allowed to bring my decorations for our small celebration. This is a Victorian style restaurant filled with history and charm of an old mansion. The food was amazing ! The place is very clean and the personnel is very welcoming! This is not a crowded chain restaurant.This is a local place with a personal approach and more of a private dining feel! We loved the live piano music! I would give more stars if I could! Thank you !

Absolutely AMAZING! I'm from Virginia and I have not had She crab soup since I moved to Jacksonville. The chef is friendly and knows how to work the kitchen! I ordered the prime rib. It was AMAZING! Everything was AMAZING!! I have visited twice in two months. Plan on going tonight!!!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Spent New Years Eve with friends at the Hilltop for dinner. Not our first time at the Hilltop but our first NYE. A little mixup on seating when we arrived but the two hostesses did a great job working that out for us (thank you!). The service was great. The menu and atmosphere was excellent. Overall a great experience. Thanks to all at the Hilltop.

As the President of my Union, I booked this place for the 2nd year, and it was as good as last year! The whole staff was outstanding. The place was clean and well put together for us to party. A round of applause to everyone.
