Just wanted to jump on here and share my wonderful experience coming here. Being able to book the executive suite multiple nights I must say the service here is wonderful and pleasant each time I visit. The rooms are perfect. The jacuzzi is great. Shower/steam room is perfect. Bed is comfortable and love how you can stream anything over the tv. The heat and ac unit work perfectly during any type of season. It seems like some of the things in the room have been updated but the small couch near the jacuzzi area needs a new update but that’s the only bad thing I can say just being picking. I love this place so much I wish I could be a partial investor to the location and membership. If you choose this place you will truly not be disappointed.

During my stay at Champagne Lodge, I noticed a disturbing detail in my room—a small, oily handprint on one of the chairs. The handprint was smaller than my 8-year-old daughter’s hand, which immediately raised concerns. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told it was “weird” and that maybe a cleaning associate had left it. However, the size and placement made that explanation seem unlikely.

The front desk staff assured me they would have someone clean it, but in the end, she cleaned it herself. The entire situation made me feel uneasy about staying there. When I expressed my concerns, she casually mentioned that people use these rooms for many different reasons. That comment, combined with the unsettling discovery, left me with no confidence in the cleanliness or safety of the room. After seeing that, I knew I wouldn’t be comfortable staying—or ever returning. I wish they would have refunded me, and I pray that no child is ever harmed on that property.

I am editing my review. My credit card was charged for the incidental fee on 12/01. I was informed that the charge would be credited upon check out on 12/02. I never received the credit. I've contacted the business two times and was instructed to file a dispute with my credit card company. The business said if they received the dispute, they would then apply the credit. I disputed the charge and was informed that it was determined that the charge was accurate. There was no damage done to the room to justify the deposit not being returned.

Everyone was so nice when we checked in and they even gave me a free upgrade for my birthday. The room was as beautiful and we got a package for them to decorate as well. The hot tub and the shower was amazing. It was so relaxing. There’s a tv with streaming service and great sound. The strawberries and champagne was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back on our next visit.

Wife and I absolutely loved our stay! It's tucked away near the highway but is in a regular neighborhood surrounded by houses. I had to go to the front desk twice, once for a different remote because ours didn't work (which was swapped out immediately), and once to pick up a bottle of champagne. They did have a small selection of alcohol and it was all reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was good too. There was a lot of different prepackaged foods and k-cups to choose from. The jacuzzi in our room was huge and there was a steamer in our shower (I think these are exclusive to the executive suites) and they were fantastic. There was a bidet in the bathroom. It took us a moment to figure out where all of the switches for the room was but we found them all attached to the headboard. We didn't hear anything from the rooms around us. We are already planning for our next trip because it was absolutely perfect!

This is thee worst place to pick a romantic get away bed hard as hell sheets stain off white towels are ragged worn out. Not worth the money. For the love of god update the rooms with better quality things like a bed.

My significant other and I state at the Champagne lodge for our anniversary anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly. We were given an upgraded room. The room was very neat and clean. This is a great place to go for couples.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and it was amazing. The music the vibes, everything about this room was so amazing! The only thing I would say is that I wish they had an Aux or Bluetooth so we could play our own music. Other than that I thought it was so nice!
