This is an AMAZING place for a relaxing vacation with the family. Sitting just above Fresno in the Sierra National Forest, this house is conveniently located between Yosemite National Park and The General Sherman - the must see places! Nearby is Shaver lake for fun all day with the family. This beautiful house is in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly and a quiet place to escape away to. Perhaps the best part of the stay is the wonderful amenities and luxuries the house offers, from soft comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, to a fantastic outdoor deck to eat and drink among the sounds of nature. Lisa and Leroy are fantastic hosts who were available 24/7 if we needed anything. My family and I will DEFINITELY be staying again!

The space has been thoroughly thought out as a functional and beautiful environment for relaxation. Located in a summer home community there are a few full-time residents, and several weekenders. The windy neighborhood roads are great for an evening walk, and the small cabins start to look like gingerbread houses. A short walk up from the cabin puts you at the top of radio lane with unobstructed sunset views of the entire southern central valley. A 15 minute ride up to shaver lake restaurants, or down to Prather and shopping, you are close but not too close. Wifi was strong and stable, the hosts even provided coffee, nespresso and tea.

The Boat House is a wonderfully updated cottage with an amazing kitchen. It is conveniently located right be between Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, which makes it the perfect launch pad for outdoor adventures. Love this place!
