Mountain coaster ride is so fun and adventurous! Not super scary but exciting with some turns, ups and downs. The view is beautiful and easy to control the coaster. About 5-10 minutes ride for about $17. I definitely recommended it!

Of our entire weekend, this was the only experience which didn't have some inexplicable nonsense to sour it. The staff were into it. They participated. The weather was not cooperating, but that hardly mattered, thanks to the staff. Someday, we hope to go back when the snow is better and the lights are on!
Update: Jan 2024...almost exactly 4 years to the day...
We didn't do tunes this time. Today was the coaster. Again, the staff were very friendly. My only gripe would be that in 2024 with Bidenomics in full destruction mode, it wouldn't hurt to give those who paid close to 2 grand for a weekend room a free perk or 2. Maybe hook us up with the unlimited ride option when we buy 3 rides? Nothing here is cheap, let alone free.

The Greek Peak Mountain Adventure center was a good dau trip over the new year.

We did snow tubing and mountain coaster. It is a professional setup - right from checkin to card to the snow fun.

There are multiple lanes and good instructors to help out. Mountain coaster was also fun. We did multiple rides on the coaster.

A fun place for a family outing!!!

Don’t go snow tubing unless there is full snow cover of the entire area, not just the run, and the tubes are clean. It turns into a nasty pig sty of mud that cakes the tubes top to bottom (since they stack them up) and is impossible to avoid. They’re even too cheap to provide adequate snow cover on the runs and you get stuck on dirt patches. The staff is far more interested in enforcing a bunch of little rules (to make it less fun) than providing a decent customer experience.

Also annoying to go with any kids too small to pull their own (massive) tube because you can only fit one tube through the turnstile. Every time you go through with two tubes it’s exhausting and you get even muddier. Also they won’t let parents go down with their kids on same tube.

Basically the underlying experience design principle appears to be: how can we provide the minimum level of service at the minimum cost and maximum liability protection. Whether anyone has a good time is irrelevant and it shows by how empty the place was- at times more staff than customers.

My girlfriend and I did the mountain coaster. Fun experience overall, a little short for the price. I would definitely recommend riding by yourself instead of together if you have the option. We chose to ride to together and it was a tight squeeze and we’re fairly small/average size. If we’re ever in the area we would probably do it again, but separate this time.
