WOW! Super clean restrooms, soft toilet paper and a great resource center. The park is well maintained and beautiful to sit outside for a picnic. This was a great stop. Very refreshing.

Traveled across a lot of states. But, this is a must see stop. Highly recommend it. Each part of Texas is highlighted and below each section is pamphlets of towns and things to do in that particular region of Texas. There is a room for watching the weather. Several photo op spaces. State flowers image, boots and hats made out of the state map, and much much more. Ya'll stop by now... Ya hear...

Really enjoyed this rest area. It's very clean, and there were many places I could walk my dog inside the fence, as well as outside of the fence, throughout the surrounding neighborhood. The bathrooms were clean, but not as nice as one would expect, judging by the outside of the building. Lots of parking here, although the semi truck parking was a bit confusing. There are two rows for trucks with trailers, but you must pull in forward to park there. If someone is parked in the space in front of you, can pull in behind them, only problem is, if the person in the front leaves, and you are asleep, you can't courteously pull up. It's very strange. But over all, it was a great place to stay!

Convenient on and off the highway, friendly staff, bathroom super clean, activity books for kids, spacious, and ever free stickers! Worth stopping even if you don’t need to.
