My trash pick up service was bought out without my knowledge to this company. They never called, emailed, sent a letter, nothing to let me know of this new business arrangement that I never signed into or agreed to. Their customer service is just like the business they engage in.....GARBAGE!!

Becareful getting their service! They will try to put you in collections when they don't even pick up your trash. I would go with Heavenly Trash for this area. They are a great company! Not TBF Sanitation. Plus they never have trash cans but still charge you.

They pick up on schedule only issue it we hear the guys complaining about our garbage when they pick up. Everything has to be in garbage bags bc they do it by hand. I'm sure it's hard work and probably stinks to high heaven. Everyone has trash. Just no one enjoys your trash guy taking a picture of your garbage like you did something wrong. But the company is great. The lady who answers the phones is always super friendly and helpful. They recently got trash cans and will bring you one for a 2 dollar monthly fee. At this time you can't purchase one outright.
