Tamina Aratari is a Rock Star of a realtor. After hurricane Ian we decided to sell our condo in South Florida. We had some damage and had to wait until the powers that be came to fix it. She came in to this situation off season, damage not repaired, dealing with a law suit against our association which would not give us a free clear title for sale and somehow, someway engaged with a potential buyer who wasn't aware of our unit until Tamina invited her to see it. After a few weeks of negotiations and jumping all those hurdles we sold!
We are so thankful to have had her in our court. Her experience and knowledge and energy is amazing.
