Highly recommend! With my oil change I got a new wiper (needed a rear wiper so badly and no one had had it, but they did!). Fluids topped off and filters checked- for free!! They talked to me about everything, filters weren’t ready to be changed yet, so they made a note on my account for the next time. I appreciate the honestly and them not trying to “sell” me something I don’t need.
I was given a water bottle while I wanted in my car, it was wonderful!
From the time I pulled in to the time I left it was less than 20 minutes! And there was one car ahead of me!
They were so nice and efficient. I will be back in 4K miles for another oil change and new filters!!

I had an extremely unique experience with this business and I was very impressed by the way I was treated and not taken advantage of because I’m a woman! I will never go anywhere else to have my oil changed because of the customer service I experienced was a 10 out of 10 and I was told by a business I will not mention but am very disappointed in because they tried to convince me that no one else would be able to give me a better price but they were wrong about that because I didn’t only get a oil change but a filter replacement for 30 dollars and I still paid less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me! Just went to Take 5 Oil Change in West Haven and the 2 young mechanics in there were wonderful 👏. Funny, charismatic, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me on any product. As a female I appreciate all these qualities when going to any auto place. They brought me a bottled water and let me know to stay in the car the whole time to stay warm. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. I couldn't have been more pleased.
