Pre Events and Tailgate Guys are a trustworthy, reliable, accommodating and all around great company to work with. I have used them for countless events and they have exceeded expectations every time! I highly recommend them! In addition to being great at what they do, they also understand the importance of customer service which is rare in the event industry. 10/10!

The owner was very condescending when I met him at an Auburn game last fall. Very quick to name drop in an attempt to impress people. Also- our tent top was dirty. One of the teenage employees told me that clean tent tops are the responsibility of a guy named Paul. Eventually an employee pointed Paul out to me- And it’s no wonder the tent top was dirty. The poor guy isn’t tall enough to clean a table, let alone a tent top.

The tailgate guys make the day successful! Always pleasant and all the young men are so polite and work so hard . Please remember to tip generously - also a bottle of water and Ana k would be a big plus ( along with the tip) !

Having a real difficult time with our reservations. First game we anticipated issues and this did happen. We would expect if you reserve a package that includes the TV it would be set up. We arrive dish is still on the ground next to the tent and no generator. Had to go acquire one from another tailgate that was leaving to go into the stadium. Missed kick off. That was game one.
On Friday prior to tailgate the individual who is over the bell hop service reassures me everything will go smoothly this game. I told him we wanted to watch a game prior to our home game, he says no problem. I arrive Saturday to our staff letting me know they aren't sure if they are in the right spot, there are people under our tent but there is no banner with our law firm's name on it. I get there with a boss staring at a blank TV. I am texting, calling, going to speak w/ people in the "Welcome" tent and this started at 145p (i have the text correspondences to prove this). We didn't have our TV set up until 522p. So much for the game. We invited clients so that was a particularly nice touch. I understand this was a big game, but we bought a season package so seeing these companies who are only reserved for one game have a total setup while we are left with no answers is really frustrating and disappointing.
Missing from our package; a fan, no dish set-up, no banner (we were missing chairs also because w/o a banner it's a free for all under our tent) and most importantly... still no response from the Austin Tailgate Team. We are just eager to make this right for the next game!!!

Optimistic someone will contact me but... if not I'll just call from different numbers until I get someone to pick up the phone. Perhaps it is no accident my calls and emails are being ignored. Maybe they have no answers.

Coming from a long line of Florida Gators, I have been tailgating at UF for about as long as I can remember. Since I live out of state now I am not able to make it to as many games. When I heard about Tailgate Guys at Florida I was skeptical. I mean isn't part of the fun of tailgating lugging everything to and from the tailgate and setting up the tent, tables and chairs? Ummm, no! Tailgate Guys took care of all of that for us and all we had to do was focus on the fun. Everything was so well done from the drop off zone to locating your tent and clean up. The people who work there were beyond helpful and so nice. And the price is super affordable, especially considering what you get. It was an all around awesome day and we will definitely be doing this for years to come. Go Tailgate Guys and Go Gators!

The service was great. Got a same day call back. Food was plentiful and delivered in a timely manner. Cost was a bit prohibitive but with service included I would definitely do it again and recommend it.

We attended a Clemson Family Tailgate at the Sugar Bowl hosted by Tailgate Guys, yesterday. The food was very disappointing. For $85, the spread consisted of green salad, potato salad, hot dogs with a pseudo meat chili, miniature Po-boys which were flavorless; some dry red rice which I think was intened to have been jambalaya, but wasn’t and some soggy bread pudding. Having lived in Louisiana for over 40 years, I had never experienced such bad food before, especially in New Orleans. In the last three years we attended similarly catered events in Miami, Phoenix and Tampa. They were much cheaper and far better. For this reason, Tailgate guys, “you have been chopped”
