A very Friendly staff. The room was very clean. This Best Western was an easy on and off of freeway. We like being able to park the car right outside of our room because it is then easy to pack in suitcases. We like the convenience of breakfast before we start travel again for the day. We plan to stay here again.

The hotel room itself was fine. Sub standard at best. But, the walls had flies and the curtains were torn. The steps leading up to the motor lodge were stained and dirty. There was trash in the parking lot and used cigarette butts everywhere. At night the guests who are staying there long term partied all night long off the balconies and in the driveway. I thought I was in a Third World hotel between the drunk people, the dirty stairs and parking lot and the noise. I mean sex workers came by in different cars all night long and the horns and beeps and music played all night. Where was the staff Who allows this. I paid for this room for my Mom and I and our cat. I will never again set foot in this hotel. I would like my money back and I am sure the other guests who come to this establishment would as well. And in the morning at 7 am. no staff. A used towel was wadded up in the slot in the window where you are to drop off your key. Really? I could not believe I was charged to stay here. Why did the staff not stop the noise? Where was the staff? I was going to call the police. It was bad. Do not stay at this hotel.

I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country for the last 10 years of travel, and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room had flies and prominent evidence of bedbugs. The sheets and top cover were absolutely filthy. The sheets had lots of black hairs and what looked like lots of bedbug poop. There was lipstick on the pillow sheets. I was really tired and decided to ignore it until I felt bugs crawling on my legs. I picked one off of my leg, and there was blood in a few spots. The water coming out of the sink smelled like sewage or like something had died in the pipes. When I went down to the front desk to have my room changed, nobody was there, and when I called the number for assistance, I received a weird message saying that my call was blocked. I finally received a phone call back and requested a different room. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, when changing rooms, I brought up the issues, and when I brought up the water odor, the man got incredibly defensive and rude. He interrupted me and said, “that’s not possible. We own this hotel. You may have had that experience elsewhere, but not at our hotel.” I explained that I’ve never experienced that before, but I have a friend that works at a hotel and he told me that sometimes animals do die in pipes of hotels. I wasn’t mad at all and was simply letting them know of the issues. I understand it’s hard to keep up with every room. However, the second room smelled like a dentist office, and it also had flies and foul smelling water. It was slightly cleaner, but there was still hair and a few tiny black specks in the sheets. The bed covers had black spots on them like the previous room as well. The microwave door wouldn’t close and the light inside of the microwave was on the entire night. Even though this was an absolutely dreadful experience, I wanted to stay out of the rain, so I decided to buy another night at the hotel. I waited for about 15 minutes at the front desk, ringing the bell multiple times around 8:30 AM. I’m glad nobody showed up because I ended up buying a significantly cheaper room at the Motel 6 next door which was an incredibly better experience.

Everything was very nice and clean and spacious for our family of four! The front desk lady that was helping out the night before did seem like she was having not the best night but the interaction was quick and to the point. The beds were comfy that bathroom was clean. Overall it was a nice overnight stay for us!

DISGUSTING!!!! DON’T EVEN CONSIDER STAYING HERE!!!
I have stayed in hotels around the world and this is the absolute WORST!!! They don’t even deserve a rating of 1…MINUS 10 would be more realistic rating!!!
Room had water leaks with water on floor; hole in shower wall; only 1 towel; only light in sink area around mirror broken & doesn’t work; phone broken; hair on toilet; broken lamp shades; stinks of cigarette smoke!!! No other rooms, had paid in advance via AAA, owner claimed I still had to pay even after showing him my email receipt.

Best Western should REVOKE THIS HOTEL FROM THIER BRAND!!!!

We stay at Best Westerns at least 40 days out of the year. The Williams location is the WORST! Room smelled like disinfectant where we had to keep the door open for the first 3 hours!! Paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling, flies were EVERYWHERE and there is only yogurt or cold cereal for breakfast!! I am contacting corporate also. Never again

First room had bedbugs, second room I was given had stains that smelled like rotten fish all over the bed and the water smells like something died in the lines. You would be better off sleeping in the truck stop bathroom. At least that would be more sanitary. I will be contacting the better business bureau and suggesting that they close this place down.
