Under construction, gross old carpet, hair on both beds sheets. Old sheets and towels nearly with holes in them.smelled weird. If you enjoy watered down apple juice and stale bagels for breakfast, stay here lol. Nothing but a gas station nearby.

The beds were comfortable, nice staff, and nice tv stations were really the only positives.

The hotel was clean, and I felt safe. Sometimes a hotel off the highway can be sketchy, but this one has a great location for ease of getting where we wanted. I felt safe, and I was happy how clean it was. The breakfast was plenty for a breakfast bar; it was enough for me. We will probably come back next year.

We have stayed here several times in the past so the wife can go hunting. The rooms are always clean, which is a pro. However, the price keeps going up, and the amenities keep going down. Went down this morning for breakfast, and it was now just toast and donuts and some milk. The toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. 272.00 dollars for a 2 night stay is a little unreasonable for the hotel and the area. We will be finding other accommodations next month for the hunting season in December. Very Disappointed! Also have to add, while thw wife is hunting hanging in hotel and the TV keeps freezing. 2 nights for almost 300, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Last night of a cross country trip with three large dogs. They welcomed us, don't remember if there was a pet fee, wife was handling reservations. It is very hard to find hotels that take pets, let alone 3 that are over 50# each. Big first floor room. Very quiet area, right off the hwy. Large grass area to walk the dogs. Gas station next door. Only draw back is no restaurants at that particular exit, but several a couple of exits down. Breakfast wasn't as big as some of the bigger chains, but there was cereal, fruit, bagels, cream cheese, coffee, juice, etc. Enough to get us going. Thank you for letting us in.

Everything was wonderful from super easy check in with friendly staff to my room. If you want to be close to Rend Lake, this is the place to stay! Room was clean, the place was quiet, the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was good and the coffee hot!

It's a good place to stay with a very friendly staff. The rooms are nice and even though they are doing some repairs and renovations, it's ok. It's basic, good price and a good stay.

We had a miserable sleep. The heater in our room would only turn off if you used the circuit breaker. At the heat setting it just kept going. If you pushed off, it eventually turned on and said “FP” and the heat stayed on. At 1:30 we had to turn it off because it was awful. The room got cold fairly quickly. |The breakfast is the cheapest joke we have ever encountered. What is the problem? We have stayed here 5 times and this is breakfast? The bagels were the only thing edible. No yogurt, no bananas, no eggs, two types of cereal. Sad. |The rest was fine. We apparently need to find a different place to stay next time through.

Came down for a hunting trip, always stay. At surestay Rooms are always clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure we have coffee and breakfast items. because we leave to go hunting early. Thank you Very much
