On a trip across the Great Basin, we made irregular stops and needed to find pet-friendly motels along the way. SureStay Wells, NV was perfect.
Easy online or phone reservation. There was a small upcharge for booking on phone (it appeared).
Pet fee was stated to be $15/pet.

The property is easy to find and has great parking and a truck lot great for walking the dog or potty trips. Do your part, take a bag! Picking up after your pet is respectful to the property and helps keep pets on the allowed list. They have an outdoor dumpster near the back of the property for disposal.

Our queen room was clean and stocked. Coffee was hot at 5am as promised. Continental breakfast available later.

The SureStay in Wells, NV is an older motel but was very clean and handy to the highway. Had nice chats with Joel at the front desk. Sadly, the outside area (clearly not all the fault of SureStay) was littered.

I checked in today, which went very well, and the price was right. As I walked into my room, I immediately noticed how clean it was. Linen and towels smelled fresh and no funky odors in the room. I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel Consigliere, Bree. She is so sweet, informative, and professional. Bree needs a pay raise!! I will stay here again! The TV could use more channels though.

The bed was amazing! Best I habe slept in at a hotel. There were lights missing in the room, but it was doable. The breakfast, was not a breakfast. All carbs, barely anything, and someone mixed the water and coffee carafe and my (brought from home) Cider that i used their hot water for, had coffee grounds in it.

We book this hotel by mistake , we were driving to Las Vegas from Hansen Idaho and meant to book in Ely. Called trivago right away and was told it was up to the hotel if they would refund the room. Guess what they did not. So as far as customer service for me they are not good. Will never stay there will not book anything thru trivago. Priceline at least will help you out . I will make sure that I post it on my transporting RV goups on facebook not to stay here.

We had to move from Super 8 as it old, not very clean and had plumbing problems. I called SureStay and talked with Roman and he made reservations for us right away, let my husband check out the room and plumbing and made it easy for us to make the move. The front desk crew were wonderful, always greeted us and always had coffee on. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast set up was great, clean and we had good options and the touch-less pancake maker is awesome. If you stop in Wells, Nevada this is a good place to stay.

I'm not seeing what everyone has complained about here.
I was hesitant to even consider this place based on your reviews.
The halls are absolutely spotless, not even a mark on the walls. My room was incredibly spotless. Not a bug or stray hair to be seen. The shower was great, and it has been very peaceful my entire stay. Even the 2 guys at the front desk were very congenital. Heck, I didn't feel "creeped out" and didn't get hit on!
People have complained about the breakfast. You entitled people need to understand what a "continental breakfast" actually is. If you want a chef to make you a custom omelet, then find something in Vegas.
If my truck were to ever break down in Wells again, I would definitely stay here. I even recommend it to our company for future use!

We were tired. We needed a few hours of sleep. We usually stay at really nice hotels, but we were too exhausted to find one, and I'm not sure if there were any in the area anyway. I slept great. The beds were nice and clean. Downside, no elevator. There is no conditioner provided in the shower. My husband had to go to the store and buy some. My husband is so funny about cheap hotels. I felt it was fine for the cost. This was not a relaxing place for us. It is fine if you are on a budget.
