This was a great stay on a hiking weekend to Mississippi Palisades. Nestled off 84 outside of town on its own, it’s very quiet as long as you stay away from the bar I’m assuming (my room was quiet). Room was clean and comfortable.

I ordered a pizza from the bar to take upstairs, which was very good and while waiting had a Long Island iced tea. The drink was cheap, like $6-7 and was HUGE! Probably 20-24 ounces and not watered down, I was fairly buzzed lol. I’d turn into an alcoholic if I lived near here because I’d be drinking here constantly if it’s like this all the time 😉

I’d definitely stay here again if ever back near by.

We stayed 3 nights. Friendly staff. The front desk person is also the bar tender which was a first I'd seen. All of the staff juggled it well!

- Clean spacious rooms, minus carpet stains (bring socks or flip-flops)
- Continental breakfast (mostly carbs)
- Thin walls! Can hear everything, especially from the hallway and bar late at night.
- Great A/C and heat unit!
- Friendly and helpful staff!

Positive: I like the location. Negative: I didn't like the room service. I requested fresh towels I was disappointed with the room service. I specifically requested fresh towels and for the room to be serviced, yet the small garbage bins were tiny and overflowing.

The room was quite clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The restaurant food was good and its always a nice thing to have a bar and place to eat in the hotel. The location worked for us! The complimentary breakfast was decent. Those jelly donuts with sprinkles individually wrapped were a hit with us. We'd stay here again certainly! Love that you allow dogs too!

Hotel is situated next to a golf course. Nice clean rooms. Staff was excellent. Love the location. We stayed there on our way going to Galena IL. The employee -Heather worked so hard to keep everyone happy. As she was working the front desk, bar and serving food!
The breakfast was minimal. Only complaint was I felt they should have offered toast, bagels or English muffins. Coffee up by the front desk.
Overall great stay!

Ask for a room opposite the main road. It can get noisy. The place is not your standard Best Western hotel. It's not bad for a night or two considering there are not very many options. Hot water can get scolding so be careful. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. There is a restaurant but I did not try it. There are no other places to eat close by.

They stole money from me using my card details. I eventually had to get Best Western cooperate customer service to refund me because the owner is refusing to cooperate. This is ILLEGAL. If you don't want your money stolen, go somewhere else.

The place isn't the Hilton but id definitely stay here again. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, The food was great and didn't break the bank. We was 15 miles from the concert and they had a shuttle. He was very accommodating. Even tho his bus has a few issues. We was always on time. Our kids thought he was fun and are still talking about the "Bus Dude" lol....
