Edit: In response to the comment, this is absolutely not true. I have all the proof that you overcharged my family by $500 each! DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THOUGH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

For anyone still using travel agencies to book flights - please do yourself a major favor and stop letting yourself get scammed. A simple google search will get you the best possible rate. Year after year I keep watching how my elderly parents get scammed by this agency because this is what their generation is used to, but I will most definitely be taking action in the future so it doesn’t happen again. Unbelievable. For reference, a ticket on google flights for $1200 is being sold for $1800 by this agency. Save your money please.

Always available, returns calls and follows up in a very timely manner.She is customer focused & working to make travel as painless as possible. Without fail she is willing to help you to find the best travel options. She has great follow up and continuously is armed with a “how might we” attitude.

Recently my husband and I have been wanting to plan a trip for our honeymoon to Cancun, and we didn’t know where to start. Luckily we had an amazing travel agent by the name of Kristina.
