Kerri is the Queen of the Caribbean. She offers an abundance of knowledge of expertise on all things related to traveling in the Caribbean and Mexico. Kerri has booked my only two vacations of 2020 (thanks, Covid) and we just got back from a Christmas trip to Mexico. Kerri offered expert advice on several hotel options before we settled on one we had been scoping out for a bit. When you let a professional handle everything for you, it takes all the worry and hassle out of the traveling process, especially during a pandemic. I'd use Kerri 1000 more times for travel to the Caribbean. She is the absolute best and offers friendly, expert advice and guidance along the way.

Kerri was absolutely amazing to work with! We will definitely go through her when we plan our next Sandals vacation and I always recommend her to others when I have the chance.
She was able to help us determine the perfect destination for our interests. We went to Jamaica and had the time of our lives. The entire experience exceeded all expectations.
Additionally, Kerri went above and beyond for us. We came into an unfortunate situation and Kerri helped us to book and move our honeymoon 3 times. Not only that, she saw through extra recommendations for us.

I highly recommend Escapes Unlimited AZ for your destination wedding! Kerri did an excellent job organizing our destination wedding. She helped me find a beautiful location that would suit our wedding needs. The Playacar Palace was beautiful and the service was excellent! Kerri took care of all of our friends and families’ travel needs and made sure that we were set up for the best travel experience! She communicated promptly and in detail when I had questions and concerns. She calmed my nerves when I would get scared or nervous about unnecessary things, LOL. Kerri is an awesome travel agent and you will be happy that you chose to work with her for your destination wedding.

Kerri was great! I highly recommend using Escape Unlimited to book your Sandals vacation, she knows the different property and can really help you find the right room and right location! She responds to calls and emails immediately and is a pleasure to deal with!
The great news is that it will not cost you more money if you book with Kerri or directly on the sandals website! But you will get a great service.

Kerri with Escapes Unlimited has made it so easy for our two traveling experiences now to two different Sandals resorts. This most recent trip we had some flight issues and even while she was in Hawaii she was still available to assist via phone/email. I highly recommend utilizing their services!

Kerri was absolutely fantastic! I actually accidentally found her while searching the knot for destination wedding planning in the WRONG STATE whoops lol!!! However that couldn't have mattered less! Kerri is attentive, so so quick at responding to emails, keeps you up to date on who is booking, what amenities to take advantage of, coordinates meetings with resort coordinators, helps with paperwork and booking information and makes sure every single of of your guests has a concierge unique experience! She also helped me narrow down my resort choices based on the things that mattered most to me- and she really listened! We settled on Sandals South Coast and we couldn't be more pleased!! What an absolutely amazing time we had with our 40 guests (friends and family!)!! Unforgettable memories made! We cant thank you enough Kerri for the experience you provided! I could not recommend you more!! This is a no-brainer for anyone planning or even inquiring about a destination wedding!!! Please message her you will not regret it at all!

Keri did a fantastic job walking us through all the options for our honeymoon with Sandals Resorts. We went to a group informational session with Keri which was fast paced but helpful. Keri later met with us at a convenient location the following week where she spent an extended amount of time answering our additional questions and comparing rates at different resorts and months. After booking we continued to have questions leading up to our honeymoon and she was readily available by email. We ended up changing locations to the one she originally suggested (Negril) but more importantly she got the change done within minutes of our initial request via email. To us this was extremely important because great rates pop up with Sandals with limited availability so you need to be able to act fast to secure them. Keri’s extremely knowledgeable with the Caribbean and other tropical resort get aways. We will be using her for our 1 year anniversary trip and we already booked a return trip in 2020 to Sandals.
