Everything was great! Had a fun time in the bar and had lots of laughs. The bartender was very nice and joined in on our laughter and conversations. My only complaint is the chairs. For short people they are way to high. And also us overweight people they were very uncomfortable! Need lower tables and regular chairs.

Well ... in a statement. Sarah, the hotel manager is unbeatable. Her constant attention to detail and the care of her guests is remarkable. ||||I and my team stay here when we are servicing our 16 month contract and every time we leave our homes and families, we are assured that when we arrive, it is a bit like coming home.||||Great rooms, beds, clean, wonderful pool and spa area, very comfortable lobby, dining hall, bar and outside lounge areas. I have been in Quincy multiple times now and I know the layout and the hotel options. If you would like to start at the top - this must be your first stop.

STAFF are warm and welcoming.
I am going to start asking, ā€œwhen was the property last updated?ā€
Please corporate/owners put $$$ into your properties! It’s BEYOND ridiculous!

The building needs UPDATING!
The parking lot, too! Huge crater. Could need alignment or tires after falling off in ā€˜em for 4+ days! Can’t see them at night! Beware!

The pool stays freezing cold. The hot tub is old, crumbling, literally falling apart, only 1 jet works properly! (Over 2 years)
EVERY DAY there was a shortage of towels in pool & fitness areas.

The ROACHES need eliminated.

($50. off room @ the end of 4 night stay) we had 2 rooms for that stay.

At over $100. for ANY room, I expect that the wallpaper will NOT be coming off the walls or the carpet will not have 20+ year old carpet covered in dirt and stains. And it will not have BUGS

Basically, just another case of greed in America, charging people 100s of dollars for rooms every night and not putting any money back into their facility.
This was once a great place. It still could be if corporate would invest in updates. I was really embarrassed to have my family stay here. I talked the place up nice. So very disappointed.

Room was clean compared to some we have stayed in. I was surprised there was no hair dryer in the bathroom & couldn’t wash my hair because I was going outside afterwards. The lobby could have used some cleaning, but it was a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) & I overheard talk of how busy the hotel had been. I was awakened quite early with the sounds of a dog barking & whining nearby for an hour or so.
Breakfast offered several options, gravy was at the bottom of the pan so my hubby didn’t get any, biscuits looked good but nothing to put on them & no other meat available. Plates, bowls & utensils were scarce, as well as pancake syrup which my hubby had to search the cabinets below to find. The hotel seemed to be short staffed because the lobby clerk came in to also stock as others came in for breakfast.
We had stayed at a different Stoney Creek location on this trip, which I rated higher for these reasons & the overall friendliness and helpfulness at the prior location was much better.

After staying at several different motels/hotels this place is the worst of them by far the staff didn’t seem one bit concerned to help us as we showed up at check in time and got told it would be another 30 minutes for are room to be ready so I could live with this as under stand things happen but after is where the nightmare begins. They put us on 3rd floor as my wife told them we didn’t get the room we booked and explained to them she had several different medical devices that she needed in the room for her stay and how it could be a concern in case of emergency so we walk down the hall and step into a hole in the middle of the floor not counting the mountain of fix they put in front of the elevator so are night start with the most dirty pool/hot tub I’d ever seen with people drinking there alcohol in the pool area that strictly says no outside food or drinks with my grand babies along with all the other kids in this area you’d think it couldn’t get worse but the 6 cop cars showing up and arresting someone off second floor as my youngest grand baby is scared to death crying we finally get to bed after begging for some extra covers and pillows to wake up to the poor staff member trying to work the desk and keep there breakfast up so people could get stuff witch didn’t happen the only thing that I can say that went right is they allowed us a late check out. My recommendation is and what I’ll do from now on is stay somewhere else

I just want to give a shout out to Devin.. I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling but she was absolutely amazing! I was there for 1 night. I checked in a little before 3pm and as soon as Igot to my room I realized that my tv didn’t work properly. I had one worker come into my room to try to fix it and she couldn’t figure it out so she called another worker who was supposed to come to my room and try to figure it out as well but never did. Well after 6pm I went down to the front desk where Devin was and told her my complaint. She was quick to come to check it out and tried to fix it as well. As soon as she realized she couldn’t she went back down to check if there was another room available that was the same as the one I had originally booked to stay in. There was one available right next door and the tv worked perfect. Devin was very eager to help and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I greatly appreciated her positivity and friendliness!

We took my girls here for my daughters birthday party. We got a suite, king size bed, bunk beds and a pull out couch. The pool was one of a kind. 3/4 of it was indoor the other 1/4 outdoor you could swim back and forth with a gap in the wall. The hot tub was really different to. There was a sauna. And the breakfast was really good. Biscuits and gravy. Scrambled eggs and potatoes. Pancakes and alot of the basics. The people at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.
