Review of our stay 3/8 to 3/10 in a Theme Suite - Rm 214
Pros: Easy to get to, staff was friendly, and a short walk to Vibrant Arena
Cons: Worn and dirty furniture (like it should be on the curb and not in a hotel room), dirty curtains (couldn't tell if it was blood, chocolate, or poop), the ceiling had bad water spots and was breaking down, window screens didn't fit windows. The box spring was falling apart. Carpets needed a good vacuuming and or deep cleaning. Milk being served in the breakfast area was expired and then the second morning, there was no milk, and orange juice was out of order. The pool was open, but it shouldn't have been, as the area was under construction and the water was dirty.

We frequently stay at this property due to its convenient location, amenities, friendly staff and the ability to have our small dog stay with us occasionally. On this particular occasion, Ally was a new concierge at the front desk upon our arrival. Not only was she welcoming but she was over and above in terms of immediately and seamlessly addressing several of our special requests. I was simply blown away by the level of 5-star service offered, which was even more comfort and relief since we were embarking on an out-of-state trip with our family the next day.
One specific issue we had to deal with on the trip was arranging for a cab ride to the airport the next morning at 3:45 AM. We were unsuccessful in reserving a local taxi so Ally arranged for her supervisor, Justin, to personally drive us to the airport the following morning. It was exceptional service that will guarantee my business for the future.
Ally offered a level of exemplary service that not only exceeded my expectations, but also created a sense of comfort, reassurance, and security that eased my mind, all with the friendliest demeanor and candor I have experienced in my 40 years of traveling. I cannot give Ally, Justin, and the Stoney Creek Moline a higher rating or recommendation!!

Elizabeth was wonderful and made our trip much more enjoyable! Just wish I would have known when booking that the hot tub was under construction, feel like that should be communicated. Otherwise we had a very nice stay as everyone was really helpful.

Ali is seriously the best! Sheโs always super sweet and friendly. The rooms are always amazing as well, but Ali really makes the whole experience all the more worth it! Definitely tell everyone to stay at Stoney Creek and Ali plays a HUGE part in that statement. Thanks for being amazing girl! ๐ซถ๐ป

Our first time staying at Stoney Creek Hotel was rather interesting. It was our 9 year Anniversary so we booked a jacuzzi theme suite for 3 nights. The hotel was having issues with their boiler & we didn't have hot water the first night. The next day we were moved to another suite which was supposed to have hot water but it did not. The Asst Mgr said she'd give us 20% off our stay if the hot water didn't work but when we went to the front desk to let her know, she had already left for the day. The next day we had hot water but the room above ours had a bunch of rowdy kids jumping around and I thought I would lose my mind by this point. We spoke to Elizabeth at the front desk & she was very helpful. She contacted the room above ours to let them know they had to keep the kids under control. She also comped our last night's stay & gave us a bottle of wine. The next morning we spoke with Manager, Abby, and filled her in on the disappointing stay. She took half off the other 2 nights and told us to contact her if we'd like to try them again and she would make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The staff was extremely helpful and compensating. The hotel is very beautiful and my husband and I will give it another try in the near future. Thank you Elizabeth and Abby! We appreciate you!

We traveled 8 1/2 hours to Moline IL for a death in the family. The hotel was recommended by a family member and we were very pleased with it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was very good. The only issue was the water was not hot in the afternoon but in the morning it was great. The hotel was very conveniently located to everything for us. We liked the decor very much. If we have to make another trip to Moline IL, we will reserve a room at Stoney Creek again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Traveled to Moline to attend a holiday concert. The hotel lodge was not prepared for any type of crowd. The convenience store was practically bare. The bar was not stocked with product with only 3 bottles of non Busch domestic beers. Very limited food choices on a normal basis yet they were out of wings and ranch dressing. This was early evening (5:30). In addition it's a nice brisk December evening and you have a nice fireplace for folks to spend time lounging by and the staff can't turn it on because the "remotes have been taken away!" The breakfast was not much better as choices again was very limited at best.
As to the hotel room they are spacious but in need of an updated and some maintenance. See picture of ceiling in the shower.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family on Christmas Day that would let us bring our dogs. The staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean, and it worked out with the dogs perfectly. Additionally the hotel is right next to the bike path and river so it was easy to take them out and walk them. I would highly recommend.
