Freddy was the best. He was a very knowledgeable guide, very helpful and professional. My girlfriend has toured with Steves segways 6 times and this was my first. I highly recommend booking a tour with Steve's Segways! The only way to see the city in a fun way! I can't wait to visit Chicago again and book another tour!

Steve and our tour guide Judy provided a wonderful experience and memories on New Year’s Eve. The request for a tour was last minute and Steve was more than helpful to accommodate us. Judy was a charm…her historical and architectural knowledge was great and she immediately made a connection with my children. Despite the cold weather, the tour was fantastic. As a Chicago born native it was so nice to see the city from a different lens. Truly appreciated all the last minute coordination, and I will be back with this crew in warmer weather.

Freddy was great…very passionate about his job. Would recommend Steve’s Segway tours for those of you visiting Chicago. Easy way to get around without wearing yourself out. We caught on quickly as first timers, even thought we were somewhat nervous about it. They did a great job training for half hour before beginning the tour. Parks, Michigan Ave, riverfront, museum park, grant park, etc we’re all great. Thanks for the memorable experience.

For my 70th birthday, my 3 daughters surprised me with a Segway Tour of the city we all love so dearly. Freddy was a fabulous guide and gave us so many new facts and delightful banter throughout the hours of this incredible tour. The guy is amazing. We were thoroughly entertained by someone who knew this city like no one else could having worked for so many Museums, etc. I highly recommend this tour.

Freddy was the tour guide for me and my family this week. My husband and daughter had already been on a segway tour and were comfortable on the segways. But me and my 2 boys are kinda clumsy haha. But seriously I fall down the stairs regularly so I was more than a little nervous. Freddy and the other guide (I can’t remember her name but she was the sweetest) helped us until we were completely comfortable. I had the most fun that I’ve had since I was a kid. Yes the tour was great and it was super cool to get all the way around the city and see all the sights in just a few hours. But honestly riding the segway was super awesome. I want my own and my whole family feels the same way. Take the tour. It’s worth the money and you will never forget it. They were also the only tour company that would accommodate my 10 year old. All the others required kids to be older. He had a great time. I can’t wait to go on another tour with Steve and any of his awesome guides.

Was looking at things to visit in downtown Chicago and stumbled upon this jewel. Scheduled a tour and got to see all of the sites around Millennium and Grant parks I wanted to see and had an absolute blast. The guides helped us with learning to operate a segway and off we went. They were knowledgeable about the history of the area we even stopped for some Chicago-style dogs. Next time we are in Chicago I will definitely book a different adventure. Highly recommend.
