Great staff! I was really impressed with how attentive and kind every staff member was.
The location and surrounding areas were incredible and very well taken care of. So much fun, I went twice.
If you enjoy the outdoors and are somewhat in shape, I would recommend hands down.
Provides a great change to learn about the area its diverse wildlife.

We had the best time bike riding through out the state park. The day was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. We used manual bikes without any problems. I was able to get a picture of a bald eagle in its nest, and an alligator in its habitat. 5-star day!

I had a blast. Never ridden an E Bike before. I’m a pretty avid Road and mountain biker. The bikes are easy and fun to ride. Bike came with a bike bag a lock and good instructions from the operator.

Honest review- check in was pleasant and easy. Bikes were much heavier and more challenging to ride than those we rented elsewhere but the ride was super smooth!!

We did have one snag with a bike. It quit working and due to the weight of the bike it was very very difficult to ride it uphill. 🤣

We called 3 times without an answer and decided to keep on pedaling. We took turns grinding it out! Occasionally the bike would fire back up but then it would go down.

Finally on the 4th call someone picked up and explained to me what the error code meant. Evidently I was pedaling faster than that level allowed so it quit. 😤 wish I’d known that.

We generally don’t like electric bikes because we want the exercise and enjoyment of the park but we had guests from out of town that would not be able to ride the 13 miles so we opted for these rentals.

All turned out fine but I think an explanation is probably necessary during the introduction. I also was very frustrated that there wasn’t any empathy shown for this inconvenience. Not great customer service.

Would definitely recommend! Everyone was super friendly and despite not reserving, they had plenty of e-bikes. Gave us a detailed map and a suggested pathway to follow with the best sightseeing areas. Will definitely rent from them again when I’m in the area.

Great way to see the park, with friendly staff who provided great service. E-bikes were reliable and reasonabley priced.

What an amazing experience using the E-Bikes! I was worried about not being able to ride a bike very far, but the E-Bike takes over while you pedal and before you know it you are easily riding around the whole State Park. So much shade from the lush trees and landscaping.
