Car shopping with a 1 year old is never easy, but Zach and his team made it happen! I called Zach the day before (10 minutes before closing) to make sure the car I wanted was available and he went above and beyond by bringing the car inside and sending me a video of it to check for any cosmetic issues I wouldn’t like (I was coming from an hour away). When I got there I was greeted with a warm welcome and he showed me the car. Once I said yes, he and his team got right to it and were able to get me a great payment (much lower than I expected). In and out in a couple hours AND they put gas in it before we made our trip home. Extremely happy and well worth the 1 hour drive.

So far, loving my 2021 Traverse! Thanks a bunch guys!

I recently had my Jeep towed to SCDJR. Overall an excellent experience, I’m very satisfied. Amanda in service proactively kept me up to date, and the tech went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. And the staff are all genuine and down to earth. Kudos to a great team and Thank you!

Service was excellent.
My only complaint is that I was charged 1 full hour of Labor to program 2 key fobs. It only took 15-20 minutes to do.
I feel strongly that the labor should have been prorated or at least no more than 1/2 hr charged.
I would certainly would appreciate your consideration of a refund.

First the good. The salesman Zach was phenomenal. After a couple of test drives, I told him exactly what I was looking for and they were able to get it from their New Hampshire store. I was able to negotiate a fair price with Zach and picked up the truck. Everything was seamless and even though we forgot to bring the title to my trade, I was allowed to take the truck with a dealer plate on it. It was a very good experience and as someone who hates buying cars, this was one of my smoother purchases.

Now, the bad. After leaving the dealership, I noticed there was only 60 miles of range left on the truck. In other words, the first thing we had to do was put gas in the truck, which when spending over $30k for a truck one might expect at least a half tank of gas (or even full).

When I dropped the title off at the dealership, I mentioned that and was told the guy who detailed it should have put gas in it. No offer was made to fill the truck or anything, which was a bit disappointing.

With that said, overall it was a very good experience. If not for the gas issue, it would have been 5 stars easily.

UOATE: Stafford CDJR contacted me and said they will fill the tank next time I’m out that way. That’s what running a great customer centered business is about.

It's really hard to put into words the appreciation I have for the crew at Stafford CDJR. After a not so great experience elsewhere, I called on my dear friend Brandy at Stafford CDJR- and I knew she would talk to me like a human and not a dollar sign. The entire staff were kind, and truly made me feel like I was just part of the family. Brandy showed me a few different cars, and ran numbers until I made a choice. And, they made sure I could drive it home that day. Thank you CDJR for my beautiful 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Anyone looking for a vehicle new or used or lease? I would very highly recommend Stafford all the personal. There are more than willing to help you. I just traded in a ram truck for another ram truck without pressure. They did everything they could bend over backwards to get me into this truck, I highly recommend them

I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee Summit From a dealership in MA. The dealership was quite a ways Away, basically the line of Massachusetts in New Hampshire. Within a month Of purchasing the vehicle, the SUV began overheating. We brought the vehicle to the Stafford Chrysler Dodge dealership for diagnosis. Amanda, who handled scheduling the service, was able to squeeze me in the very next day. We dropped the vehicle off the following morning at 8 AM, Within an 1 1/2 hrs of dropping off the vehicle, I was already receiving a call, informing me of the diagnosis. It was determined to be a faulty water pump. Luckily for me, the water pump happened to go within the 30 day warranty from the dealership, actually at the 29th day from Purchase. Stafford Dodge worked with the MA dealership to get the repair done. Everyone at Dodge dealership was very pleasant to work with. The diagnosis was quick, the quote was very reasonable (even though the dealership was covering the repair) and they were very trustworthy, not trying to have me repair things unnecessarily. The receptionist who scheduled the appointment and checked me in the following morning was extremely Friendly. The vehicle was completed the next day. Upon picking up the vehicle when the repair was complete, the gentleman I spoke with informed me of the warranty on the parts and informed me of the details of the repair. I would definitely recommend this dealership for repairs. Fast scheduling, friendly service, fast diagnosis And most importantly, trustworthy service!! Thank you Stafford Dodge!! 😊
