This tour from Highbanks Camp Resort and Marina in DeBary is wonderful! Captain Patti is great and extremely knowledgeable on the wildlife, fauna and history of the river! The vessel is roomy and comfortable! I am a bird watcher and was extremely happy with this tour even though it was chilly out....we saw many birds and even a Manatee! Thanks Patti!

Very much enjoyed our tour! The guide shared a lot of information but also listened to other people in the group share their stories. He truly seemed to enjoy what he does. Saw alligators, birds, flowers, owls and heard a lot of interesting stories. no Manatees but that was only because of the time of year we went!

Amazing experience on a beautiful day! The Captain was very knowledgeable and encouraged feedback from the guests. We saw several alligators, great blue herons, little blue herons, ibis', limpkins and several other birds. But the highlight of the trip was the two owls up close and personal. I highly recommend this tour!

Such a great tour. The tour guide was fantastic and very personable. The boat was not crowded and we were able to move around to see animals on either side of the boat. The guide was an expert in both plants and animals. Although he warned us that nature doesn't always cooperate and he cannot guarantee that we will see animals, we saw more alligators than we could count, three manatees, tons of birds and their chicks, and a buck! We are going to return with our three teenagers soon - and hope to see the monkey that has been seen recently in the trees here. Thanks for the great time!

Loved every part of this tour! The guides knew exactly where animals were going to be and pointed them out to us. Including some baby Green Herons! We also saw over a dozen gators! (More than we saw during an airboat in the Everglades even!! )
Very informative and shared quite a bit of knowledge about the area's history. The guide we had told us she had been working there for over 17years! It was apparent she loved her job.
My husband and I were one of two couples during the tour we were on, which allowed for easy walking about the boat to go back and forth to the different sides to look at animals and views!
Will be doing this again, for sure! And be sure to ask for military/veteran discount if you can!
Don't forget your binoculars and camera!
