This hotel is highly recommended. We got a 2 queen bed suite, beautiful decorated and super clean. The whole hotel smells nice 😉. The price using AAA was an advantage. The location is perfect, taking uber/lift to Millennium Park, Shedd Aquarium and other touristic attractions is very convenient. BUT, if you are bringing your car be aware that the hotel offers a parking spot for a convenient fee; however, the parking lot is tiny and fill up quickly after 1:30 PM. We parked the car and dropped suitcases off at the lobby pretty early before checking in. The staff is very friendly. 5⭐️

Rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and easygoing. I love having a couch and bar space in the room! It helps make the room feel like an actual living space compared to other hotels. The only bummer was the breakfast. The hot food didn't taste very good, and the bread items were stale. There's a number of restaurants and cafes on the same street as the hotel, though. I'm staying here again this weekend and plan to bring my own bagels and just use the toaster.

The lobby is gorgeous! Honestly, I think the whole street is pretty. There were lanterns hanging for the new year when I was there.

If you are staying here for a show at Radius, the walk is easy and mostly flat. My girlfriend and I felt safe walking to and from by ourselves. It was nice to have that time to decompress.

Absolutely 10 out of 10 experience! Traveled with family to see Chicago Auto Show, and then Lunar parade the following day. Location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, close to McCormick place, and right in the middle of parade route in Chinatown. Area felt safe, with great restaurants, and convenient parking garage adjacent to hotel. Room was very clean, quiet. Our room request for high floor, and room not facing expressway was accommodated. Breakfast was delicious, with great variety of fresh fruit, and some traditional Chinese dishes. Hotel staff was friendly, kind and accommodating. They gave out little good luck charms, and money envelopes yo celebrate Lunar New Year. They also had dragon performance right inside of the hotel!!! It was an amazing day, my whole family had so much fun! Kids are already asking to come back next year! Very, very much enjoyed this hotel, and overall experience of staying in Chicago Chinatown!

The room was very clean and spacious (2 queen beds and a trundle under the couch). Breakfast was very good and they offered gluten free muffins (which was perfect as I am a celiac). We really liked the feature of needing a room key to use the elevator (it gave us an extra sense of security). We walked to the hotel from the Shedd Aquarium and then to the train station the next day. It takes a bit of time but we saved money on transit costs by choosing to walk. It was super helpful to not have to check out until noon. Would stay here again.

Not a 3-stars hotel, but a 5/5! It is better than the 5-stars hotels I’ve stayed in. My sisters and I stayed here and Wow! From arrival to departure, we were happy. The place is Clean, smells fresh. Upon arrival, we were greeted with kindness and checked in flawlessly. When that hotel door opened, we were screaming joy! The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable; there was really nothing to complain about. We always wipe down items/furniture in hotels, and of course there was no dust this time. The joke was on us. In addition, the breakfast setting had plenty of dietary options. Whoever manages the hotel has their team operating with one accord for sure. Staff were also kind enough to hold on to our bags on check-out day, tagged them, and everything. We got royal treatment! Seriously, if you’re staying in Chinatown, this is the place.

SpringHill Suites in Chicago Chinatown is our preferred staycation choice. We live in the Chicagoland area and every once in a while, we like to spend time in the city and we always stay at SpringHill. ||The hotel is contemporary, superbly clean, and very comfortable. It is super convenient to go to the loop and Magnificent Mile with the red line being a few minutes walk away. A bonus is the view of the Chicago skyline from Chinatown, which by the way, is one of the most vibrant and expanding Chinatowns in the country, speaking from someone who has been to many! ||Another reason for our regular stays at Springhill Chicago Chinatown is their staff. All of them are competent, service oriented and friendly (especially Mia who we really enjoyed meeting). We cut the birthday cake for our daughter in the breakfast area last weekend and the staff (Mia) made sure we had plates and utensils. Sometimes, attention like this matters! ||They also offer different parking options. We either find street parking or use the garage connected to the hotel. ||The hotel offers breakfast and I think theirs is better than many other SpringHills we stayed at in the past. The breakfast area is super clean, bright and well staffed. While the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, it is in the heart of Chinatown and there are restaurants open late at night.

On Christmas Eve we stayed at this beautiful hotel! Check in with Mia was professional and efficient even though she had numerous guests waiting to check in or request something. She also gave us fantastic recommendations to celebrate our Christmas Eve in Chicago as this was our first nontraditional holiday get away! After our evening seeing the holiday lights of Chicago, ice skating, rooftop bars and amazing Dim Sum, we returned to the hotel and were once again greeted by Mia who pleasantly inquired about our night and wished us Happy Holidays! Our room was spotless as was the hotel; Very updated decor, yet comfortable. As we departed Christmas morning, we were once again pleasantly greeted by Steven and check out was seamless. Thank you to both Mia and Steven for working over the Christmas holiday! Clearly, the hotel management leads by example and trains guest services employees well. We will definitely return to this hotel in the near future!

It really is a hidden gem! We had the penthouse suite and it is worth it! It’s a very big apartment with a superb everything. And the heated bathroom floors were such a pleasant surprise in a cold month. ||The staff is great, they all go beyond and above. The front desk supervisor is in need of some customer service etiquette as he answers every question with you can do that on our website. ||Stay away from him if you have questions and it will be a wonder stay.
