TLDR; David was extremely helpful throughout the entire China Visa Application process and we were able to get our passport back with approved 10-year multi-entry visa within 1 week!

Reached out to Southeast Travel Service and David reached back out and emailed me step by step instructions and what was needed from me since I was applying for my son.

I was able to send over a picture of my son and he cropped the picture to fit the requirements needed for the online application. After everything was filled out, we scheduled a date to meet and he reminded me to bring the additional documents needed for a child application. We reviewed the entire application at his office and then had it submitted. He also helped scan/make copies of the supporting documents.

Within a week, we got the passport with the China visa approved for 10 years and multiple entry!
