Everytime i come into the Bradley location im never greeted. the young guys they have working there are very unprofessional.
i came in today all they did was bad mouth some person who wasn't there. i came in for some cigars never once asked if i needed help. Also when i checked out im like dont you need my phone number for reward program he said yeah its not working & laughed.

Good place. The staff are nice. They are young but kind. A little unapproachable to older people like myself. The store has so much stuff , it's awesome !!! You might find yourself browsing a long time. Great shop in Bradley:)

The selection has gone down hill. The shelves were empty for prerolls, the staff is always messing around. This used to be my favorite stop and now I no longer go due to a lack in inventory and ignorance.

The Momence location leaves lots to be desired. The staff does not care if you are there or not. Half the time the shelves are not stocked or they don't have what you need. Today, got there at 1:30, sign says "Open", the door was locked. Waited until 2:00 he finally shows up. I said he should have put a sign on the door, it was inconsiderate. He said, "you can go somewhere else". This is not the only place to buy tobacco in Momence, perhaps I will.
