My gas fireplace hasn’t worked for 4 months through the holidays and other gatherings. I finally made a call yesterday and had the choice of time for today. Half hour window of time was right on and within 45 minutes cleaned and explained the issues of the 18 year, never really maintained, fireplace. After working on cleaning the whole thing and adding embers, it not only looked and worked great - the diagnostic (walk-in) charge was waved and I was only charged for what had to be done! I will definitely call them to service this on a regular basis. Thank goodness I didn’t put off calling any longer!

They sent Terry over and he had the fireplace diagnosed within minutes and then replaced the switch in a few more minutes and now the fireplace is back in action. Very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Just in time for the holidays! Will definitely use again and sent Terry to our neighbors 3 doors down.
