Terrible customer services on vouchers & refunds because we never able to get thru the usa calling line & the automated email support replies are a just a stall tactic. i lost about $1000 from the massive scam that involved deliberately run out of clock in customers’s refund requests. They should be banned from doing business in the USA with the state’s attorneys general court orders & is ripe for class action lawsuits.
