Something needs to be done about their management at the DENVER AIRPORT. the skyport HR up there is the WORST. They blame you for stuff not knowing any background or doing any research of the situation. And they also lie about when you have to turn in your badge! They’ll also threaten you and say you will be on the no fly list when they let you go and they are very disrespectful! I asked for all of their names and only one person gave me her name! It was Kayla. I just know multiple reports will be made soon! Do something about the skyport HR in the Denver airport!

Actually, it's your Shakeshack restaurant at CLE. The airport location in Cleveland, Ohio really needs to retrain their employees. It isn't often when I want a Shack burger and I understand it gets busy because I work in the airport. There's entirely too much standing around, joking and talking. Why is there only ONE person at the register. So unacceptable!
