My travel agent booked a trip for me to Spain and Portugal last fall with Sita. Sita apparently contracted my tour out to another company called 'Julia Tours.' On paper, I was initially very pleased with the itinerary but as the trip progressed I became much less pleased. In general, everything was very rushed, we rarely stayed in hotels that were in the city center, so we were stuck in residential areas with not much to do and see within walking distance. I won't go on about all of the problems with this tour. That I will save for my review of Julia Tours. Based on my experiences, I would never book anything on Sita again. Their decision to send me on Julia Tours was a bad one. By the way, I would say that 75% of my fellow travelers felt the same as me.

We have traveled twice with SITA and I recommend them unreservedly. The trips exceeded our expectations, particularly in that they were worry-free due to SITA handling all of the logistics. Our agent, Natalie Lee, was responsive, thorough, and patient. She rebooked one of our tours three times (due to pandemic) and the other tour twice. I plan to travel with them again.

Thanks to Natalie Lee at SITA World Tours for the arrangements made in Amsterdam for my group of 51 people. The guides were excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The buses were comfortable and the drivers kept us safe on the roads. Despite the chilly and rainy weather, we enjoyed our 3 days in Amsterdam. Everything was just perfect. Thanks again. It was a pleasure working with you and hope to do so again in the future.

I had a trip planned with another person to Israel for Nov 7. I was required to make payment in full in September. When Israel was attacked on October 7, we decided we should cancel. We also paid for insurance. We canceled October 8. To date they have denied to pay us back our money. Over 8k is owed to us. Insurance denied the claim "Travel Insured International" is the name, and SITA also denied a refund. This is so unbelievable to me. I wonder if i should have refrained from telling them i am a Jewish woman... Absolute Insanity.

We have used SiTA for years - at least six trips and ten countries. They provide an amazing experience from the booking process to coordination of itineraries to the amazing tour companies associated with the respective locations. We were always met with wonderful, knowledgeable and personable guides and drivers. The itineraries are perfect, giving you a great overview of the country and culture, you are visiting. I have recommended SITA to all of my friends and colleagues who are jealous at the amazing places we visited. I will always use SITA.
