We had a wonderful experience buying our boat here. We came in with an idea of what we wanted to spend and spoke with Conner on the phone beforehand. Conner made everything very easy for us in explaining, and then we spoke with Chad and the financial guy who asked questions and everything. If we buy or trade in our boat, we will always come back here. Just wish they were also closer to the Lake Jordan area. We are beyond happy with the service and the boat. When you buy from here, be ready to feel like family.

I recently bought a waverunner VX from Blue Creek Singleton Marine. It was an OK deal. The first time putting it in the water I had some strange engine issues. Called to schedule them to look at it. The young lady said bring it in and they might could get to it the next day but probably the middle of next week. This is a holiday weekend. I never expected them to get to it before at least a week. The next morning (Saturday) I get a call about 10 AM that they had checked it out and lake tested it and it was ready to go. I picked it up and headed to the launch. I ran it several hours and it ran perfectly. It was a pleasant surprise to get treated nicely, get serviced very quickly, and problem solved. This on the first major boating weekend holiday of the summer. They define have earned my business for my scheduled services! Great job Service Team!

Blue Creek Marina filled my boat with fuel over the weekend. I was charged for 37.84 gallons of gas, but my tank capacity is only 32.1 gallons! When I told the employee who gave me my receipt that their pump was off, she said, "Oh, they make us check it all the time. It's right." I lost over $30 in this transaction, more if you consider the fact that the tank wasn't completely empty. Buyer Beware.

Initially, we had a good experience while looking at boats. That quickly changed when it came time to buy; out came the shady sales / finance nonsense that make me loathe sales people. We walked away and bought a boat at a different dealer that day. We won't be recommending toward Singleton.

Big money boat bought here . They were great to buy from . Salesman took his time and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase . The finance person , Adam D. Was not pushy about the deal . Took his time and verified my questions about financing by writhing my questions down . Then he pulled out the questions when we completed the paperwork . Then showed me the answers to my questions on the contract . Just verifying the answers he gave were correct with the contract. Made me very comfortable about the whole deal . Would buy from them again .

These guys are the best!!! Billy Smith was my salesperson and Justin Shields was the Sales Manager that helped put this deal together. Billy went above and beyond during the selection of my new Regal 2300. Justin was professional and understanding during the negotiation of the final figures. Chris Raney (Business Manager/Finance) made the financing easy and pain free. Billy even met me on his day off to deliver my new boat and go over everything on it. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with to do business with Singleton Marine again and will send all my family and friends to them when they are in the market. Thanks guys!!!

Kaylee in the service department at Blue Creek Marina was exceptionally nice and competent when I needed a repair done on my boat recently. She was very knowledgeable about the problem I was experiencing and efficiently arranged for the repair. She always returned my calls and kept me up to date on the progress on the service.
