Without a doubt, 5 Stars for Silvestri Travel. With attention to detail and fantastic customer service, Lisa planned the perfect trip to Italy for our 25th wedding anniversary (our first trip to Italy which included Rome, Sorrento as base for day trips, and Florence). All accommodations, tours and scheduling were perfect. Prior to the trip, Lisa interviewed us to learn our goals, budget and timeline. No detail was left unturned. After the trip, Lisa interviewed us to learn about any suggestions, changes, and comments; a wonderful touch. We both highly recommend Lisa at Silvestri Travel and we plan to travel on her recommendations in the future. Happy Travels and enjoy a few photos from along the trip.

Lisa planned our Honeymoon all over Europe. We had the best 3 weeks of our lives! Traveling through Italy, then to Greece, and ended our vacation in Paris! She listened to all our wants and needs & provided excellent customer service before during and after our time spent. This was our first experience traveling with no stress! We loved having our plan laid out for us and how smooth everything worked. The tours she set us up with were amazing & we saw so much. I Cannot recommend Lisa Silvestri enough! We wanted to take a family vacation on a Mediterranean cruise this last September, but I was getting bogged down in the details. I looked for a travel agent and lucky for us found Lisa Silvestri of Silvestri Travel.

She was interested in finding out about us and our travel goals and she took time getting to know us. We worked together to figure out a great itinerary, then she put it all together: air travel, a hotel, making connections,
the cruise line, the tours. Whatever questions we had she answered.

Lisa put together a rather complicated trip to Iceland for my friend Carol and me. She was very skilled at "weaving together" the many diverse things to do and see, with the resulting trip working out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. The very few things that were not quite perfect were very easy to work out on the fly and she was again very involved in helping to take care of those issues.
