Hello, it’s a cheap place but theirs a reason. I decided to rent a week at this place, and within two days my vehicle was towed from a parking spot on the property. Apparently, notices had been posted a few days before to the residents that they would be cleaning the parking areas a day before I moved in. When I arrived nothing was posted saying such things would occur. I went to the office the woman who is the manager told me that we should’ve gotten a notice on the door, and that never happened. I asked what they could do to help and the manager told me theirs nothing she can do. I ended up paying a towing fee for my vehicle to get it out. Don’t stay here spend the money for a better place to stay.

Stayed the night. Tried to check in and the chubby girl with glasses was rude. I told her I used Expedia and she flipped the check in scene away from me and said I will check you in 45 minutes from now. I said I will just pay for the room and she said no. 45 minutes. If that is a rule then great but she was just nasty about it. If you have the misfortune of dealing with this person then good luck. Try to get the other lady to help you.

ROOMS ARE OKAY FOR TWO PEOPLE. Problem is my reservation was for 2 adults and a 16 year old (who is larger than many adults I know). How this came up with my filters is puzzling to me because there is no couch, they do not provide cots and according to the staff all the rooms are all the same. But it does have a full size fridge and stovetop and was only $76 night. So I'd say it's a good value but DON'T STAY HERE FOR MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE unless you're bringing a sleeping bag and air mattress or something similar. I deducted 1 star for this mishap from the room and 1 star from the service because of their total lack of empathy regarding my situation and not even a sorry or an attempt to make it right. Ironically this an extended stay facility despite not having room for more than two people to share a bed.

Today, we dive into the troubling conditions at Siegel Select, a hotel chain that's come under fire for reasons that extend from mere negligence to outright managerial misconduct. Guests have reported appalling conditions including unhygienic rooms infested with bugs, a clear sign of poor maintenance and lack of care for guest comfort. Even more alarming, customer service seems to be a forgotten concept at the establishment, leaving many visitors feeling neglected and frustrated.||||Adding fuel to the fire, Juan, the regional manager, has been seen regularly double-parking in the front spaces of the hotel, a privilege he justifies with his managerial title rather than reasonable explanation or necessity. When confronted, his response starkly symbolizes the broader attitude of the hotel’s management—a dismissive and superior demeanor unbecoming of a service industry professional. ||||This situation raises serious questions about the standards and operational ethics of Siegel Select. How can guests trust their stay in a facility where even basic hygiene and respect for customers are blatantly disregarded? Such conditions and managerial behavior not only tarnish the reputation of Siegel Select but also reflect a deeper disregard for fundamental hospitality norms. We are left to wonder, what steps will be taken to address these glaring issues that damage both guest experience and employee morale?

Positive: This large motel caters to long term stays; people waiting for their apartments or homes to be ready, etc. It also makes rooms available for short term stays. Check in staff member I dealt with was super friendly. Negative: The room, while spotlessly clean and reasonably new, was strangely grim. I don't know how people can stay fro a long period of time. Negative: ""

After receiving my security deposit in the mail my review has changed tremendously. The rooms were very nice, the showers were comfortable, and the beds were neatly made. The people in the office were nice too, but unfortunately I had to wait almost a year for my security deposit. That doesn't mean this place isn't worth it. I ended up paying only about 70 bucks for a single night, and it's close to everything you need. I will recommend this though, please stay safe because there are some weird people there.

Absolutely terrible!!! Lady across from me has bed bugs and has traffic all the time in and out of her room but I got kicked out cause my kids were playing too loud OUTSIDE!!! No warning or anything just 24 hours to leave!! This place is terrible with customers in the office and extremely rude! Cleaning ladies have tried looking in my room when my door was cracked for fresh air!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is an extended stay place. 400 units, 340 are extended stay, 60 tagged "hotel."||The Hotel rate was very reasonable $141 after taxes for the night.||||My Experience:||||CON: ||Could not have melted ice off the Clerk's face, she seemed irritated because of asking some questions, and that I was wasting her time, a "sour pus" for sure.||I asked for a 1st floor room (if at all possible) because of back issues (multiple surgeries.)||All I got was a "nope, you'll be on the 2nd floor, and there is an elevator to help you." Ok fine. I booked for the next night in case of needing a place to stay, and was told after asking, "if you check out before 11am tomorrow, you will be recredited one night's stay on your CC."||||There were no signs pointing towards an elevator. was hard to find, had profanity all over it, and was quite a distance away to carry luggage to a room (no carts to assist).||Having to make a few trips back and forth to the car tiring enough, but during those trips, I was propositioned to buy drugs in the elevator 1x, another I was propositioned to have sex for money. Both times, I was given a room number if I changed my mind.||Throughout the day, I saw 2 other drug deals transpire in broad daylight, ||||The room was very old, in desperate need of repair & small, and the furniture was very old and damaged. The curtains didn't cover the window completely, could see in/out easily & could hear any noise whatsoever outside. Poor lighting in room.||Internet Signal was good (although not a secure site).bed was comfortable, clean sheets, clean refrigerator, clean stove, clean microwave, none of which I used. ||||Upon checking out the next morning, the different clerk did what she had to do BUT could not refund me for the next night I initially paid. She stated she would tell her manager when they arrived that I had checked out and "see about a possible refund."||When I asked about what she said, she said, "that wasn't there policy to do that, but she said she had seen the manager do it occasionally." When CC statement had come, I was still charged for the 2 nights!||||PRO: ||Internet Signal was good (although not a secure site).||Bed was comfortable, clean sheets, clean refrigerator, clean stove, clean microwave, none of which I used. Yes, towels were clean which I did use.||||The checkout clerk was a different person, and very friendly & professional.||||I called as soon as I got my Credit Card and explained the situation and she said she would take care of it.||||Guess I'll have to wait and see till next CC statement, because that was more than a week ago & the refund still has not been posted to my CC yet!
