There is no better way to do a wine tour! We went on the Pleasant Valley tour and it was amazing from start to end. Bill, our bike chauffeur, was a great host and the wineries we visited were all new to us. We rounded off the tour with a snack from Corralitos Market - which has fantastic home made food. We’ve already recommended this tour to friends who will be visiting us at some point.

Our tour with Sidecar Tours Santa Cruz was amazing! Our driver Cooper was so kind and knowledgeable and gave us the best experience. We went to 3 different wineries that were all fabulous. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go on a tour with them again sometime!

This experience was so fun and well worth it. Our guide, Leo, was attentive, personable, and accommodating. I was skeptical about the sidecar experience, but it was so incredibly fun to drive through Santa Cruz this way. Albeit looking silly in our helmets and goggles, we truly had a blast. We felt safe in the sidecar and looked after at the wineries. We went to Lester and Alfaro wineries, and both were excellent. The trip ended at a local wine pub where we got a food/drink credit to spend. From the wonderful pictures Leo took of us to the amazing views to the yummy wines, this was the best experience. I could not recommend this enough to people either wanting to experience something new in their own backyards or to someone looking for a unique experience when visiting or giving a gift. Highly recommend!

OUR TOUR WAS A NO SHOW AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THEM FOR HELP. SCAM!

I wish I could leave a zero. I am so upset and tempted to go make this an unprofessional and explicit review. But as tempted as I am, here is a review of my unfortunate and miserable experience.

This was a surprise gift for my parent's anniversary and when we arrived to the meeting location there was no sign of anyone from sidecar tours. We had arrived 30 minutes before the meet up time, and as we waited we decided to call them since it looked like no one was coming. We had waited patiently since we came early and assumed they may be running late, but once it was past our meet up time I started getting suspicious and truly upset. I had also went into the business located at the meet up location desperately to find someone that could help me. I called more than 100 times and kept getting sent to voicemail with no ability to leave a voicemail. I contacted their partner, Peek, for some assistance since no one from sidecar tours cared to answer (even though they stated their business hours were 7 days a week till 6pm on their answering machine). They answered but could only offer to send them an email contacting them about our experience, and for them to contact me. I am extremely dissatisfied, and after reading other comments who were also scammed I am worried that I won't even receive a refund for a service i didn't receive. Unbelievable.

I hope the business manager, Ryan D. or whoever can do something about this, because this was incredibly unprofessional and very upsetting to have my parent's anniversary end up this way. Unless there is a reasonable explanation about why no one showed up or I am not able to get a refund for a service I did not get, then I expect a FULL REFUND.

We wish we could give Ed 1,000 stars! We had the BEST time touring Santa Cruz wine country in his sidecar motorbike. Ed was a lovely guide: attentive, kind, funny and thoughtful. Our tour hit all of the joy-points: exhilarating, stunning and delicious! Don’t hesitate to schedule for yourself or a group, soooooooo much fun! xx

We had a great time with Ed (and Brooke who was shadowing) for my friends 30th birthday! We visited 3 beautiful wineries during our tour and had some fresh apples along the way. Highly recommended!

I have been on many rides and it's ALWAYS so fun and amazing! I planned a dive bar tour for my boyfriend's 50th and the driver, Ed, was so much fun and more then happy to put up with us! Will definitely ride again in the future!

Wine is great but having a side car ride with ed makes the experience even greater … and Ed took wonderful pics of us and told us such rich info about all the wineries we visited
