Interesting place to visit and isn't too far off hwy 101. We did the drive through experience but you can pay a little less and walk through the place. I'd recommend walking through because the tree is very tight to get through and the approach angle on the way out is not great for cars low to the ground. It's much easier and more fun to just get out and walk around unless you just gotta have that car experience. The gift shop is fairly large as well and has lots of choices but no penny flattening machine.

Pretty, but underwhelming. Know that it's a VERY small drive through tree. I doubt any SUV could make it through... only small cars. Still, it was cool(ish) but didn't feel worth the money at all. The gift shop was closed when we went.

Cute little spot to stop and have a picnic or explore around. It was very nice to see Tree trunks being turned into creative items.

This is a neat place to visit they have the drive through tree (if you have a small car) which is amazing to see, but they also have a walk through tree stump for the little ones, carved wood bear statues and two "tree" houses carved into very tall tree stumps. I would definitely recommend stopping here.

This place was really cute! Had two little houses made out of redwood trunks! It was a tight fit, but I was able to climb to the second story.

Pretty cool, our pickup didn't fit through so we just paid to drive up on the drive-on log and walk through the tree. I'm glad we went but once you've gone once you've seen it all.

It's definitely NOT worth the time and effort to go to this place. You can only hope (maybe) to drive through this tree if you have a really small car, like a Nissan Sentra and Mazda 3. The entrance fee is $15, not much to see here! Avoid.

We didn't wait long and it had easy access off the highway. No need for exact cash but you may have to wait depending on people taking pictures at the tree. Would recommend folding your mirrors and planning camera angles ahead of time
