This place is horrible ! gave my mother too many pills and more diabetic meds . She ended up at ER and icu for wrong meds and interactions! They took off her nerve pills she was on for 40 years now she is having serious issues. They need shut down ! Dont go there ! They don’t let you talk to Dr and very brief message from nurse just horrible service!

Extreme waste of time. Williamson County and the state are in freefall and you can get no help from it. Homeless and on the street but if it's not happening to someone they know, they ignore you.. benefits go to a higher priority!

I’d share more of my experience but after I was treated like a lowly gutter dog I’d rather just hire an attorney for negligence. Don’t go here, I know options are limited but these guys don’t care about you. They played with my medications which caused severe grand mail seizures. The rest isn’t for the public but an attorney. Please, don’t go here, please don’t take your family or loved ones here. Animals get better treatment in America

Treatment of new people abominable. Staff nice. Never seen any medical facility run like this. You aren't a patient of theirs if they have seen you after an ER visit, taken a history, examined the injury, copied your license and insurance card, started a file but you are not a patient. I worked in the medical field most of my working life, never saw, nor have I ever experienced anything like this. Treating cattle. And, they couldn't care less.

This is public information to inform you that if you are not vaccinated you will not be seen by several of the providers. I am one that doesn't post reviews but when an a 11 year old just wants to be involved in a sports activity and being told she can not be seen is very disappointing. I work in healthcare as well and have cared for critically ill patients. My duty as there caregiver was to ensure they survived not vaccination status.

Dr. Mansuri is literally the best doctor I've ever had in Southern Illinois. He listens to his patients, and does everything he can to ensure they're in good health. I recommend him anytime someone is looking for a new doctor in this area. I wish more doctors were like him!
