I hired Shaken & Stirred to cater our daughter’s Bridal Shower earlier this month. Brittney was a great communicator in the planning process. On site service was smooth. They brought in everything they needed, the grazing table was beautiful, and lunch was delicious. They offered to cut the cake that we brought. Shaken and Stirred did a great job catering a ~60 person event for me. They had great menu options and made planning easy. They dealt with all of my questions and concerns, including various food allergies/preferences of guests. Their staff was fantastic at the event, and everyone loved the food. Shaken and Stirred did an amazing job catering our wedding! Brittney was extremely helpful and communicative during the planning process. Food was great, especially the Nashville Chicken Sliders! The catering staff even made me and my husband a plate during our buffet dinner, it was very nice of them. 10/10 experience & would highly recommend!!

I hired Shaken and Stirred to cater my intimate wedding and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the start, Brittney was super responsive, laid out options very clearly, and answered any questions that came up. Although I regretfully don't know the names of the two people who came to our event to set up, they were both very efficient and kind despite having to run back and forth to unload during pouring rain. The food itself was delicious, the portions were super generous, and we received rave reviews from everyone. Thank you all for helping make our wedding day great!

We were initially concerned that our choice of apps and small plates might leave guests feeling hungry, but we had nothing to worry about! The food was AMAZING—each dish was delicious, and there was more than enough to satisfy everyone. Guests were going back for seconds (or thirds!) without hesitation, and I was thrilled to have leftovers to enjoy later. The meal was so good, it made for a perfect dinner the next day.

We couldn't have asked for a better catering group than Shaken & Stirred for our daughter's PhD graduation party! They were absolutely FABULOUS from our first exploratory emails to the final product. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the set up from the tent (thank god for that!) to the tables,-- perfect! Delivery, set up/take down of the tent went quickly and smoothly as well. My spouse and I marveled at S&S's ability to manage the uneven terrain from the kitchen to the tent, in the rain (omg!), and amid the somewhat tight quarters under the tent (due to the rain--not bad planning!). The weather could have been better, but what can you do?

What I really appreciated was that Brittney, who helped me plan this party, was at the event as well--her presence was a great comfort as she had been involved in the planning from the very beginning: I didn't have to explain anything to the rest of the crew!

Am I missing anything I should be aware of? Oh yes--none of the staff fell on the ground laughing hysterically at the table decor I created in honor of our daughter's work in Africa. They were VERY professional. I'm so sorry we don't live in New Haven so we could work with you at our next party!
