always a best advice with any expectation. And my daughter went to India few years back through shah travel network, that was a great experience and service. one thing i liked about their services, you will not feel like he is expecting fees from you for advice. overall great and must recommend this company.

I called & left a voicemail for this agency to get help with Affidavit of Support documents. When I finally got on the phone, the man did not seem to know or care what I had called for. Sounded completely uninterested & stand-offish. They said they were busy for 2 weeks and hung up on me. They did not care to ask for an appointment, offer a solution, or anything. Very rude & unprofessional. Terrible customer service, would not trust if they don't even care to answer any calls respectfully and professionally.
