Shuttle service to and from the cruise port is excellent. Francisco provided professional and personal transportation for our large group. The clean and new Mercedes van was comfortable. Pick up at the port for our return to the hotel was efficient and easy. Francisco communicated with us during the entire process: his confirmation of the pick up time and the location. Great Service! Good shuttles, drivers always on time. And really easy to get their services! Just need to go to their page and request the service, after few minutes someone reach to me and give me all the options depending of the number of persons on my party.

Highly recommend. We used Sensation Tours to and from the Port. It's a private van, so you are not packed in with other travelers like you are with other shuttle services. The sprinter vans were super clean and the drivers were true professionals. We will continue to use them on future travels.
