Seniors Serving Seniors is a joke . You don’t get pay enough and when you get hired it’s no training or information about when you feel uncomfortable with a patient what should you do . I called them more than I should to inform them I didn’t feel comfortable with a patient but they said if I didn’t go it’s a no call no show . When you do go to training you don’t get paid and you just be sitting in the class really not doing anything dealing with your job title. It also say we get paid 16hr on your check sub but really only get 13 hr . Someone is lying , I wouldn’t want my dog working for them but hey it’s up to you

For daytime assistance they have done ok as all caregivers are not the same nor trained the same. Requested overnight care two nights for Mom post hospitalization and the first one made herself comfortable and slept, the other smoked pot at 2am thinking we wouldn't catch her (fired her on the spot)
and unfortunately both are still employed so beware of who is caring for your elderly family member.

I will be forever grateful for the relationship we have had with SSS. In 2014 when my parents were struggling with health issues and my Momma developed Alzheimer’s, life was rocky to say the least. I needed help! I visited with SSS and told them my needs. First and foremost, I needed someone to LOVE my parents like their own. SSS found companions that did just that. Over the course of 7 years, we had wonderful companions that became family to us. So thankful God made a way when we felt there was NO way.

They came to my rescue in caring for my nephew. They offered the best of the best. His nurse took him to appointments and cared for him like her own. Then later I had a lady come do breakfast and lunch, help him daily. I do not think there is a better place then sr. Servings Sr. They vet thier caregivers. I wish had known them when my mother was living. I love thier day care too, my mother would of loved that. They really love your family like thier own.

Choosing this company, Seniors Serving Seniors, has really been an extreme disappointment for our family. The CNAs have been inconsistent in their attendance, many times not even letting us know that they would not be there to take care of our father - just no call, no show. In addition, when the person has shown up, they have been neglectful, lazy, and nonchalant. I have never posted a negative review about anything, however, I am so angry and frustrated with this company that I feel compelled to warn others. We will definitely be seeking care elsewhere for our loved one.

This is a wonderful business that loves and provides the best care for their clients and their staff. They have taken well care of my father and the caregivers are always caring and helpful. He is hard to take care of and they have always helped him, no matter what. I appreciate this company and everything they have done for my family.

This is an amazing company. They have taken care of my grandmother and my father-in-law. I will hire them again in the future for anyone that I need help taking care of. They are kind, compassionate, and really care about their clients. I would recommend them highly to anyone that asks me.
