Our Segway tour of downtown Austin with Kelsie was memorable. This was our first time riding and he was a capable and patient teacher. He also seems to know EVERYONE along the way and is very passionate about Austin. We enjoyed doing many of the things he told us about along the way that we would likely not have done on our own (toured the nearby Capitol, saw the bats, had some Torchy’s Tacos). A super nice time!

Kelsie gave a great historical tour of Austin and also provided personal experiences which added to the tour. Kelsie recommended multiple places to visit and to eat while on the trip. We visited several while in town and they were top notch. His attention to safety while leading us was noticed and appreciated. We recommend Kelsie and Segway Nation!

This tour has been my go to since 2010 for family and friends visiting the Austin area. It’s great for first time riders as they take the time to quickly get them comfortable using the Segways. They adapt each tour to the group depending on interests, and what’s happening around the city.

It’s fun to ride on Segway all over Austin downtown. I highly recommend National Tours. I also recommend to take tour with Brianna. She is awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable guide. She really explains everything and suggest must visit places at Austin downtown. The tour is 2 hour long. First 15-20 Mins instructions and learning to ride segway.

This is the only way to see Austin. Kelsey our tour guide made sure everyone was comfortable and safety first. He was so informative and we all had the best time of our lives! I have done this now 9 times and will continue to enjoy 😉

Josh was very informative, fun & took his time explaining historical information and most importantly 😉 they never canceled even though, I lucked out. I was the only person on the tour. THANKS a bunch for not cancelling. Josh still was very conscientious on the hand signals, very sweet. 👍🏻 I look forward to my next tour in New Orleans with the same company, thanks management/ Douge also for accommodating my last minute. Excellent customer service.

I've been riding these tours for close to twenty years when I visit Austin just to cruise all around on the Segway honestly. It's worth the price just for that to me. This tour was really different than my previous ones because we cruised on the Shoal Creek Trail which was new to me and the guide Kelsie was very down to earth and had lots of great recommendations for eateries.
