If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I felt like most of the employees were ridiculously rude. The lady who “assisted” me was APPALLINGLY rude, ignored me three times, and gave me attitude on more than one occasion. One of the times she saw that I was waiting in line, made eye contact with me, and continued talking to another employee. The other time she walked past me, and purposefully avoided eye contact. I was also not helped as fast as other tourists (who I noticed were all caucasian; it was 9:30AM on a Sunday; there wasn’t even a lot of people in the center), which leads me to believe that some of them were racists. Just me being there seemed to annoy them. I noticed other tourists were treated with smiles, kindness, and were so helpful to them. I got no smiles, no helpful tips, no “welcome to Sedona” vibes. All I was there for was to let them know that they were out of toilet paper (to which how can ALL THREE STALLS be out of toilet paper at 9:30 in the morning) and also they had 0 hand soap available (to which the lady sounded very annoyed with me, and rudely said that the city is in charge of the hand soap and that the Visitor Center is only responsible for toilet paper. Ew. ). One of the men who I went to as well, just bounced me off to the other man who worked there, which is so weird? Why wouldn’t you just help me? Such terrible customer service. I have no clue as to why they have such high reviews. I noticed another review also got the vibes that the workers were racists too. I very rarely, if ever, leave bad reviews, but this place had me so taken aback. I know it wasn’t me because I am a very personable, happy, people pleaser. I used to work in customer service, and so I really am not asking for much. But really? This was the first time I have ever visited Sedona, and they honestly ruined my trip. Some of these people need to retire.

Don’t waste your money on the Cobb salad. I should’ve paid more attention, but for $20 I would think it would come with at least what a traditional Cobb salad comes with (bacon or ham, and chicken), but it doesn’t come with any protein other than the egg. And if you want to add grilled chicken it’ll be $9. So, $29 for a Cobb salad is pretty outrageous. Despite that, the view is spectacular, and the food taste is above average. Good portions and tasty enough, just a bit pricy for some items considering what you get.

Stopped by to get a Red Rocks parking pass and ended up speaking to the staff about our prospective hiking plans in the area. They steered us towards hikes that were perfect for us, had fewer tourists, and better views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend stopping in for tips for your stop in Sedona.
