My son & I have found a truly special place for his father at Seaton Ocean Grove! It's heartwarming to know that Stacey and her staff so are dedicated to providing such love & compassion. Having peace of mind knowing that your loved one is in a caring environment is invaluable...plus, being so close to the beach doesn't hurt :-).

The Seaton new management and staff are very caring and respectful—our mother moved in August and she has improved greatly—they offer quality activities and services to make her feel welcome and attentive to our questions about policies and ask how they can make improvements if there are issues. They appreciate feedback. All departments— nursing, marketing, business office, reception, maintenance and chef/food servers go over and beyond to ensure the happiness, and good health of our mother—she has made wonderful resident friends whom accepted her right away. Staff encourage residents to participate in outings and activities. Always a smile from staff.

Great team, warm and cozy community with the most amazing views of the ocean. It’s like paradise in senior living. Patty and Jessica were so warm and friendly. You can’t go wrong choosing this community for your self or for your loved one!

My initial impression was wow! Located right in Ocean Grove on Fletcher Lake. The building is well run with professional, warm and friendly staff. A large modern sitting room with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the outside. A gorgeous patio to relax and enjoy the outdoor views. The dining hall is beautiful. Rooms come in various sizes. We looked at several and all had views of either the lake or lake and ocean. Patty was our guide. She made the whole experience memorable. A definite go to if searching for an assisted living facility for a family member or for yourself. A good value, but more importantly a place to call home.

I recently visited Seaton Ocean Grove to check in on a client who has been a resident for about a year now. She is very content in her spacious room overlooking the ocean and pleased with the care as well. Patty Kern is always a pleasure to work with and I appreciated the tour she gave me of the newly renovated apartments! Can't beat the location and the affordable rates.

We had an urgent need to move my almost 90 year old father, newly in a wheelchair, into an assisted living facility about a month ago. After one phone call to Patty at Ocean Grove Assisted Living, the ball was rolling. Within a few days, they had visited him to assess his care needs and we had the paperwork complete and the movers set up to deliver my father's belongings. So many staff members were instrumental in helping facilitate this last-minute transition for my father. Every single person has been extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate. They made some "special exceptions" for our situation, for which I will be forever grateful, including a Sunday move-in for his belongings. My father has been there for nearly a month now and he has all the care he needs, is making new friends, has enriching activities to participate and a facility full of staff whose number one priority are the residents. Even today, one of the leaders there texted me a photo of my happy father after she helped him find his date book/journal. His room is cozy with an amazing view of the sea and the lake. My entire extended family is so grateful for this facility.

Working with Pat and Christine over the years, they continue to bring the quality and follow through with each case.

Scam company that doesn't pay their bills, vendors, or contractors. They will funnel your money from you. But won't pay their dues and good luck getting in touch with their accounting department. Must of left a dozen messages in the past year with no return call. I've even gone there in person to speak to a manager with no resolve. There's a better place for your parents a place that won't go bankrupt in a year.
