The room was a little ragged around the edges… A tear in the bedspread, a split in the seat cover, scratched up sink. But it was comfortable and clean and the women in the office were fantastic. There's a good coffee pot (but bring your own water… The tapwater tastes bad.) I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely an awesome value. Not fancy, but a clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom. I arrived late in the evening, and Annie arranged for me to find my room key. She was a complete pleasure to work with - professional, friendly, and just plain nice! Would absolutely stay here again. Again, don't expect the Four Seasons, but for an inexpensive stay I've found none better then Sea Esta II.

It's pretty good clean and for me it's convenient. Pizza joint there is really good and again it's convenient to be able to walk a few yards from your room and grab some good food.

Needed a room for one night until we could go to our final destination, staff was helpful and friendly. Simple rooms it's not elegant or fancy. But a place I'd consider absolutely worth the low price that is definitely worth it for a night or two if needed. Pet friendly I have two medium/large dogs, they allow pets almost no questions asked. Perfection. Would stay again. Although I'd stay out of the small pizzeria there the locals that most likely stay at the motel long term say it's a seedy spot.

Location is great and that's about it. My family was visiting relatives nearby and found it convenient to stay at Sea Esta through the weekend. Within five minutes of arriving, we discovered roaches in the room and sketchy people in the vicinity which clearly led us to realize and agree with past reviews that it's a drug motel. I didn't feel comfortable staying there myself, nonetheless with my four children. If we found bugs in the fridge... where else would they be When we expressed our concerns to the front desk, there was no shock or apology. Instead , we were granted a refund minus $50, for ironically enough, the CLEANING FEE. We left the premises within an hour and were left with no other options for the weekend since any nearby hotels are at least 20 minutes away and much more expensive/unavailable on a weekend in July. Thank goodness our local family made accomodations quickly for our family to have somewhere to stay. Suggestion - pay the extra amount and stay in a safe and clean location! Especially for a family... Very, very disappointing.

The location is wonderful if you're visiting anyone in the Pot-Nets communities...and that's about the only pro outside of great air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, water pressure, and plenty of space.

Upon arrival, we immediately requested new pillow covers because ours were stained yellow. We also had to air out the room as it reeked of smoke. We counted approximately 10 bugs throughout our four-day stay, including what looked to be a cockroach that crawled back underneath the gap in the walls. We were missing a tub stopper and asked for one in the office and were told, "I guess we don't have one for your room. Here's a rag to shove in the drain. You can purchase a stopper at the store if you really want one." Seriously?!

Our neighbors were clearly drug addicts and made our stay quite entertaining (in the worst way). We almost called the police one night due to a domestic dispute as it kept our 2-year old son awake late at night. They even proceeded to set off fireworks in the parking lot right next to our door one night. Their pitbull also got into a fight with another dog in the parking lot.

Good luck calling the office at night to report anything because no one is there.

We will never stay here again!

So I stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 days in total . The price was amazing . The location is PERFECT 👌 it's 20 mins from rehoboth beach , it's quiet. The pool is clean , the staff are amazing I have not yet met anyone that wasn't friendly. The stars are gorgeous at night . It's definitely a place I will be coming back too.

We stayed overnight to go to Rehobeth. The hotel was significantly cheaper only being 15 minutes away from the traffic and main areas. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean. The area felt safe and was quiet. The pool was also very clean and nice, not many people were there either. We had 3 children and 2 adults. I would highly recommend to avoid the crowded beach hotels and traffic of the coastal highway. The backroads are cute to drive.
