We dropped by this place when walking through the park. It was busy but the staff were efficient at working the queues. It is not an extensive trail but it was enough to keep two young teens occupied for a short while. There was no pressure to get off after once round nor was there a time limit. Always a bonus.

It was £9.50 per child which is ok and includes 30 minutes for them to go wherever they want on the ropes. The young man working here was great today (26/6), he helped our autistic son when he panicked on one of the walkways. He held his hand over the ropes and stood behind him encouraging him to keep going until he got back to the beginning. There is a nice shop and cafe here too.

Went on with my 5 year old daughter. Whilst we were up there the heavens opened and we got absolutely soaked. It didn't make the trail too slippery however and at no point did I feel unsafe. The staff were friendly and helpful but left you too yourself when up there (not a lot they can do once you're up there, although there was someone up there keeping an eye on things). Only dropping a star as it's quite expensive and there's not a lot of variety to the actual activity between ledges. If you've got the money however and fancy it, it's definitely worth doing.

My daughter changed her mind after only been harnessed up and walked up the stairs didn’t even attempt to walk in the trail as she was scared. Man at bottom was very kind and said we could use the ticket £10 (just under) on any other lake side attraction. Women (blonde older women) who claimed to be the manager when we went to pay extra at the booth so we could all ride the water chute said that wasn’t allowed and took away out ticket. We then had to pay £12 to ride the chute not an extra £2 … absolute jobs worth she was ruined my daughters day, said once your harnessed up and walk up the stairs then that means no to a refund or transfer to other rides she claimed … how the hell would a child know if there going to be scared before they walk up the stairs and assess the height and how there feeling? Disgusting manager, the lad she told off for saying we could transfer looked fed up off her too. Lovely park and area but get some decent people running the show. Also other reviews on here say people have had refunds so she might wanna get her story straight. Can’t pick and choose. She needs some customer service lessons. I’ll be taking this further.

Good fun for the kids, not bad valve for a day out. We took a picnic as it was a cheap option and made the most of the skytrail parks as the sun was shining. Would not recommend for child with fear of heights.

Good price for unlimited amount of time. Kids of various ages (8, 11 and 14) all enjoyed it.

Great fun stayed on for ages , staff friendly and gave good instructions. Prices ok but there are a few voucher offers available to help with cost if a few going on yes I would do it again
