Very lovely staff, units and location.
However be warned that cancellation policy is very vague and unfriendly. Even in the event of a major health issue (and the likelihood they will be able to rent the units to others) you will loose much if not all of your deposite.
I feel the management lacks compassion and uses major problems of other to “double dip” on rentals.

What a beautiful resort! We had a lovely time and everything was just perfect. The Gulfside team was amazing and so helpful before and during our trip. The grounds felt so secluded yet everything was right there- the beach, the pool, the “village”, etc. Sarah’s Seaside was truly a great location, and we walked to dinner, the coffee shop, etc many days. Our patio was the best (1910 beach house)- beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. All the chairs on the patio and at the pool were so comfy too! We will be retuning for sure!! Thanks for a great stay!!

All I can say is WOW! Our whole family stayed here to celebrate 2 graduations and 2 birthdays. Our family had the carriage house, cooks cottage, and the 1910 beach house. Simply amazing. Te accessibility to the beach, dining, stores, groceries, etc makes this the best place to spend vacation. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The accommodations were clean and well taken care of. This was quite possibly the best place I have ever stayed on a vacation. Everyone must experience this type of vacation. Truly something we will never forget!

Amazing place. We’ve been coming here for four years. After each visit, we can’t wait to return again the following year. The Gulfside staff has always been extraordinary. Always willing to go that extra step to take care of us. |Without little notice from a new home construction site next to us. They did everything they could in their power to still make our stay exceptional. We found the noise at an acceptable level for building a new home. Construction crew started around 8 am and we’re always done by 4 pm.|Thank you, Janet, Corey and Andy you’re the best.

Our 6th time here and just as fabulous as all the other times. We planned this vaca with our friends and with another family we had met at this same spot back in 2022, and we had such a blast! Pool each day, beach sunsets at night, quick bite or ice cream from the Kookie Coconut, a tiki boat ride at John's Pass - we thoroughly enjoy Indian Rocks Inn and the relaxation that comes with it. ( A little construction each day next door, but it didn't last too long into the day. ) Janet, Corey and Andy are absolutely top notch for anything you may need during your stay. We will always recommend this place and look forward to our next vacation here.

Sarah's Seaside is amazing! The other guests were so friendly that by the end of the week it felt like family. We are repeat customers and have loved it every year. The construction next door was not overwhelming and was contained in manner to be expected with that kind of project. Our hosts exceeded our expectations as they always have. Having one of the best vacations ever!! The property and people were awesome!! My fiance and I live in Az and both from east coast, and travel all over but this past vacation was amazing. The place had everything from chairs, to floats, to kayaks! We wanted something close to the beach with a pool and we were more then excited when the sun came up on that first morning. Great food across the street and very relaxing. Cant wait to go back. The staff were equally as nice and helpful.
