I use to travel w Santiago Express and the old staff Grisselda and old team were very friendly and helpful. Always answered questions and phone calls and if they missed ur call they would return it asap. With the new team and changes I travelled once and it was the worst experience! They are rude don't answer calls and are very disorganized. Very disappointed with the staff and especially in Durango! Lucio Garcia is very rude and not helpful. I asked about my two dogs traveling from Durango to Chicago and he said they would travel under and isn't sure if they get air but that they have traveled w dogs and have made it to Chicago alive!! Really!!! Are you f🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 serious!!!!!😤

Pros- Nice clean, new and spacious seats, with USB outlet
They verify what someone takes is theirs at drop off.

Cons- very tight small space on the top cabinets, luggage weight limits, the don't take alot of stops or take very very long to make a stop.

This is not a bad or good thing but a heads up would be nice that they go through a different boarder check nd ask for 25$ a person to cooperate... This is so that all the people who bring extra stuff skip through luggage checks...nd avoid fined for their valuable... But if you don't take nothing but some clothes it's not fair to ask of this .

Horrible drivers and rude disrespectful. Never again. Chicago taxi drivers are less arrogant and pissy. Going to get the name of that rude driver, because it was the most awful experience ever on a bus.

They dont have a location and are sharing with a dealer/tire shop. Dirty place, no seatings are, either wait out side or in your vehicle. Cant imagine during winter time.
