We recently arranged a bus charter service with Sanmo Travel for three of our churches, 2 in Oakland and 1 in San Francisco, for a trip to celebrate the newly opened monastery in the city of San Miguel, CA. Sanmo Travel gave us a great deal and the best service with brand new buses. The trip was so memorable in part because of Sanmo’s great care. I love taking the rides to River Rock Casino. Paying 5 bucks for the ride doesn't get any better than that (Graton charges $15.00).

Only issue I have is the bathroom being closed off to the public. These rides to the casino are 2 hours each way, and it's very difficult for people who have to wait until they have to get to the casino. Sanmo needs to re-consider opening it back up, or else someone on the bus will make an accident (whether it's number 1 or 2) and not only will stink up the bus, but the driver has to clean it, and I am sure he/she is not willing to do so. I would re-open it if I were you, regardless if we are in a pandemic.

I kept seeing buses with River Rock casino advertised on them all over the city so i decided to buy a ticket, which only cost me $10. My trip with SANMO Travel was a great experience. Compared to other Companies ive used they are they are by far the best. The bus was very luxurious and looked brand new. The seats were supper comfortable and the entire bus was really clean. I was also given double my ticket cost back in casino money. I highly recommend riding with this company.

I had a great experience with this company. It is very convenient. I got to the casino in about one hour there buses are very clean they are Mercedes benz this is definitely the best travel agency company out there . I will definitely come back . I had the best experience possible. They did everything to make me feel comfortable. You should definitely try this company .out there is no better travel agency . Definitely a 5 star

I took a Sanmo Travel bus to River Rock casino . The ride was very luxurious and relaxing . The bus was very clean and the seats are very comfortable . The driver was very Nice and drove safely. All around best possible service i could get.

The bathroom on the bus is horrible no toilet seat and holes in no ac seats are broken I believe river rock casino should be notified
