I wish I could leave less than 1 star! Now I stayed here in 2020 right when Covid was at its peak for 18 months when the manager was Diane and it was such a pleasant place to be a make shift home, now my husband and myself faces some bad days so we ended up back here now upon move in(before I bring in anything) I’m OCD bad like the house keeper Mrs Faith knows she’s gonna clean her space you never have to worry bout that. So after my cleaning even pulling out the fridge there was 4 roachs 2 under the bed 2 to n closet area and 1 under desk but they were dead so it showed Mrs Nikki at front desk and proceeded to move in. 4 days later the socket next to sink stopped working been complaining bout that over a month before finally fixed, smoke detector kept going off in middle of night when you take a shower to the point the front desk silenced it then the issue with moisture, I have told Nikki and the manager(V) there was a leak every time we shower it kept getting looked over like it’s go away! No it’s gotten worse then a maintenance man came from Baltimore I think I was at work my husband was off that day he called a small space told him he’s not the maintenance man for this property that the whole shower door has to come off so they can see underneath if the shower pan was cracked but he doesn’t know how he can do it alone . Then comes in the room are take the fire alarm off wall and puts it on the table by the bed. Tell my husband that fixes that. 2 weeks ago I told the time(clock) on our microwave stopped working then you can’t push no buttons I have to keep adding 30sec’s that’s the only button that works but it’s almost $2200 a month to stay here?

Here is what you can expect. A $50 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT WILL BE ASKED AND KEPT FOR ANY REASON( pretty much a under the table request). A weekly charge for Linen $9.98 even if you keep and wash your own linen. If you inquire about any of the charges you will be asked to leave by Rude Management who would love to keep your money. In my opinion it's just a big money grab not the company but used by employees for personal satisfaction which is always bad production.I added a few letters you might find on your door or at the front desk, notice the money grab play when you see it.

I really wish I could give less than 1 star! Horrible service all around front desk and housekeeping. We asked 3 times for a vacuum or broom to clean ourselves. For the amount we paid $407.94 because Wi-Fi is not free service was awful! I would not advise anyone to book here! Microwave was filthy! Please do research before you pay your hard earned money for this location!

Woodsprings property in Asheville North Carolina is in shambles. They decided to do room inspections with about 2 days notice. My problem is that the TEMPORARY GENERAL MANAGER conducted them and DID NOT follow the set guidelines. She literally knocked one time, and rammed my door open and broke my slap lock. She goes oh someone is in here...guidelines clearly state you must knock 3 times and announce yourself. Since her arrival I have been locked outta my room 2 times, which is twice more then I ever was during my 1 yr stay so far. She is to lazy to look to see I have a TPA, directed them 1 week how to do it, next week its you owe money...no I dont.. Im not the only guest experiencing this problem. She has the whole hotel in an uproar, get her outta here before your reviews tank.

This was the worst experience in my life staying at any hotel. The room s are extremly dirty and the management staff were rude and. At both location s there was alot of drug dealing. The hole hotel had the worst roach infestation i ve ever seen. Then debbie oaktree put us in a room me and my 73 yr old mom. The worst room they had. Nothing but problem s and for 1600 dollar s. Don t ever waste your money on this garbage hotel. Find another. The hilton is the best.

I had to checkout at Woodspring Suites of Newnan because GM Jessica Goss raised the cost of my room because she didn't like me. I am a federal employee and this type of behavior is unacceptable. Business is separate from personal feelings. Then her and the front desk worker with the pink hair began to harass me and my family so I left. Horrible representation of a GM and Horrible representation of Sandpiper Hospitality.

They terminated me after catching covid 19 from a guest. I was out 2 weeks and returned to only be wrongfully terminated. I have absolutely no respect for this organization. Don’t waste your time with this organization or it’s affiliated businesses, they care less about their employees. Woodspring Suite west is a dump hotel and should be shut down.

This is the worst managed hotel in the area. Senior management speaks to staff and customers with no respect. Rooms have many faults, leaking ceilings, no linen. Handicap rooms are not Handicap accessible, elevator has been out of service for several weeks. There is more, so buyer beware.
