The SLO Chamber is also a Visitor Center. We were greeted with a smile, and the beautiful lady who assisted us was outstanding. She was helpful with all the "touristy" things to do and directed us on some of the shops we wanted to visit.

Great place to stop while visiting, especially for wine tasting. The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. 2 for 1 passes for tasting rooms and wineries, great resources for places to visit and centrally located in downtown SLO.

Walked into here the other week to see what there was to do and they lady looked at us as if we was an inconvenience, not not engage with us and completely ignored us even when I said hi. The worst experience I have ever had in my life from a place where it is their job to engage and tell you about what there is to do. It was shocking

We visited SLO region for the first time and wanted to explore local vineyards not knowing much details. So we came to visitor centre and got great guidance and the warmest welcome by Keri. She basically made a whole day program around the vineyards for us so we didn't have to look for anything and waste time. So helpful and friendly! Thank you Keri! SLO is beautiful!

My wife and I were visiting SLO on a Tues. afternoon, taking a stroll downtown. We passed by the "visitor center" and decided to go inside. We were the only people visiting at the time, so it wasn't busy. There was a woman sitting behind the counter. Not a very friendly person. Haughty or snobby is a better description. We both felt that she just wanted us to leave so she could be alone again. We travel a lot and visit many local "visitor centers". I have to say, this woman isn't doing anything to promote SLO. Ugh!
